What she means: the shot right before Sylvanas rips Arthas’s helm apart is iconic. Only her eyes are visible, staring over the spikes of the empty helm. Because she has finally overpowered Arthas. Her eyes are above his. She has surpassed his level. She looks beyond. Her thumbs are shoved in where his eyesockets would have sat, blinding him, as he was blind to her true potential and only saw a mindless slave. Her hands are covering the helm’s mouth. She is silencing him, as he did her. She breaks the helm from behind, unafraid to use backhanded or stealthy attacks, where other fools would always attack brashly from the front. She is cunning. She uses no weapon to smash the helm, only her bare hands, her raw power. We see her shoulders flex and swell with strength, her body fully reclaimed from his torment and stronger than ever before. That undead strength was his gift curse upon her, and she uses that strength to destroy his last vestiges. It is the Helm of Domination, and she is now beyond anyone’s dominion. Her will has always been her true power and it is unbreakable, as she breaks the very icon of his power forever.
