Happy Sunday everyone! It’s been a long week for me.

This summer, I finally cut gluten out of my diet, and it has made the biggest difference in how I feel. And a nice side effect, weight loss. Perhaps I should schedule a photo shoot soon, as my confidence (and libido) is coming back.

I’m finally dating again. And it can be hard to let go and realize that other people can enjoy your body as much as you do. I love who I am and am confident in myself as a person. I know that to people who care about me, it doesn’t matter my size. But there’s still that hesitation. Will they like me? Am I too big? Will they say, pretty face, nice brains, but too big for me? Honestly, I don’t know. And it really doesn’t matter that much in the end. Because my body is beautiful. And so is yours. xoxo
