I'm not a fan of MCU Sharon, I won't pretend to be. But I need to talk about people still saying the same thing since Civil War: I don't want her to be a love interest again in the series; Sharon deserves better, like, stop. You never really cared about her. If you were concerned about her, you would say that she was never a love interest.
In TWS, she was doing her job, watching Steve because Fury told her to do it, and she did it brilliantly. Dude, if Nick Fury asked her to do this, it's because she was the best to do that. Even though Steve flirted with her, and she had a crush on him, she didn't took advantage of him because she is great.
In CW, she helped Steve and his friends because she thought it was the right thing to do, even if it cost her career, and in her final scene she was kissed by Steve without asking. And they didn't disrespect anyone.
If you really cared about her, you would have complained about where Sharon is in IW. why isn't she with Steve, Nat, Sam and Wanda? I didn't see anyone, with the exception of her fans, asking about her on IW. There was the sound of relief she is not in the middle of our ships (hello stucky, romanogers, steggy, ...).
There are many things to wish for to happen to her: good development, badass scenes, her not receiving misogynistic and sexist treatment, etc; kissing is the least of the problems because she can kiss, have a boyfriend, and have an excellent development.
The biggest concern is MCU is not good with couples, they suck in that department, but they can still give her a good story, even if it sucks in the romance.

“It would be a very lonely world if you, as a man, had to resort to that kind of behavior in order to feel value, in order to feel like you’re taken seriously. It’s cowardly. It’s clear to me that only someone who feels extremely emasculated could possibly behave like that. What does it say about masculinity? Now is the time more than ever for us to review what masculinity is about. Violence has always been unfortunately embedded in masculinity, this alpha thing. It’s more complicated than that.” - Sebastian about his role as Jeff Gillooly in ‘I, Tonya’
