Hello!
Did you stop writing for the edge of dawn?
I haven't really seen anything posted besides the demo
Chapter one was in the process of being edited, before I ended up in a prolonged stay at the hospital.
Meanwhile, at the moment my country is literally on fire and I'm also back on that capitalism grind, so I haven't got around to touching twine in a while.
A lot of users said I should throw in the towel already, but I'm still here as long as I have readers happy to follow along my cursed gang.
I'll give up only when my og readers will come at me with torches and spears, saying they've grown tired of my main character levels of misfortune.

I’m finally free from the clutches of the plague, but I’m going to apologize in advance if things will keep being unsteady for a little longer.
While the fever is finally gone, the cold did a number on my lungs and now I’m under medication to try and get them back to normal. It’s nothing too bad, please don’t worry, but I do have trouble moving around without feeling like I tried climbing Mount Everest, so rip to my hopes and dreams shdks.
Hope everyone’s doing good!

Some 🌶️🌶️🌶️ under the cut, read at your own risk and don't forget to leave room for jeeesus.
Julian's pulse is a fluttery thing beneath your grasp, spiking ever so slightly the moment you tighten your grip. Golden eye clouded by a mixture of pleasure and adrenaline, dark hair spread like a halo against the cushion.
He's completely at your mercy, bare chest rising and falling in a steady staccato, looking up at you like a heathen searching for absolution.
"Fireheart," he murmurs, sighing as you pull him close for another kiss, calloused fingers sinking in your hair.
You repay him by pressing your hand flat against his crotch, feeling him strain in his trousers. He curses against your lips in a language you don't recognize, baring his throat as you drive him to the cusp of insanity.
"Good boy," you whisper, grazing your lips against the hollow of his throat. A matching smile on your face when he chuckles, a huff of a sound, in response.
"Haven't heard that one in a while," he says, nuzzling against your cheek. "Although, you're far more pleasing than that man."
Your fingers dance downwards some more, pushing open the buttons keeping his heated flesh trapped with a swift flick of wrist.
Julian lets out a mournful noise as you palm him once, twice, before making short work of the last layer of fabric separating your skin from his.
"Don't break the rules," you tell him, kissing the side of his head as he trembles with restraint. "Don't wander off, love."
And he doesn't, not anymore, the needy sounds slipping from his lips as you move your hand indisputable proof. Declarations of love thrown in-between, clear as day even with his overused throat.
It's intoxicating, seeing how much power you hold over him. A dangerous addiction, the way he trusts you without a second thought.

Mostly it's a safety net for me, a warning that the game might contain violence (in terms of battles) and whatnot, but mostly it's me giving myself the go-ahead to write Julian in his natural habitat: on his knees.

that iRKS me when weirdos just « ask » writers to make the female ros gender selectable. Rarely (read : never) happens with male characters uh.
Anyways, I love Nyx and Ana to death, thank you for crafting such amazing characters <33 can’t wait to see them more ! (and smooch them to death)
Male ROs tend to be more popular and there's nothing wrong with that, but telling an author they should discard a RO because idk you like them while also disliking their gender is so ??? weird.
If you don't like Ana, just ignore her romance. 😭 It reminds me of that time when I said marriage and kids would be a possibility and some people got really pissed, even though a) it's completely up to you b) it would be a short epilogue at best.
IF is such a personal thing, authors try to craft something intricate to make you feel as in control as possible when it comes to your MC and their choices, and yet people still complain. I'm all for polite conversation, but this is not it.

I think I need to mention everyone should think twice before abusing the anon ask function, seeing as how I'm now allowed to block you without engaging (and apparently anon asks now require you to be logged in, so that's a win against problematic gremlins.)
After the twine release there was an influx of new followers, which thank you so much 💛, but also a renaissance era in terms of uhm peculiar asks. A portion of the IF community has always been demanding, but sometimes people cross lines and uh I'm not going to bother engaging. Not anymore.
Some people also got really talkative about me possibly keeping most of my snippets on kofi or a patreon, saying, and I quote "so you're going to join the trend, too? 🙄"
Without mentioning that I've already said the game will be free, aside from the option to leave in whatever price you think is right, I wish people would stop shaming writers/artist for trying to make a buck or two with their hobbies. It's not like they're forcing you to donate. 💦
Also please, please, stop giving unsolicited advice about how I should focus on the more popular ros and throw the others in a ditch. I remember getting an ask that was like "you should make ana gender switchable" and ???
At the end of the day it's not something strictly IF related, but after seeing similar issues in other blogs I do have to agree that there's a problem with the community. Thankfully it's a small slice, but they can be loud. Tldr; if you cross boundaries, I'll nuke you out.

How do you think Nyx would cope if she was trying to train her sisters in arms but MC won't let go of her? If MC was a koala Nyx would be her tree.
Hmm I think she would allow it, for a little while, before disengaging. She's a loving partner, it wouldn't be a harsh thing or anything, but her sense of duty towards her people is also something she won't neglect.

Physically, what would you say the ROs first notice about MC? Does that change once they start to develop feelings?
I picked mismatched eye colours for my MC, so to me I imagine they would be the first thing the ROs would notice, but it doesn't hurt to get an official answer from the creator :D
I prefer to leave this kind of details to the reader, since I love making up headcanons myself while reading IFs, but what I will say is that there will be some flavor text depending on certain choices. Maybe not in the main body of the story, but definitely for the romance. Simply because I think it makes the text less stingy and more organic? ((certainly not because it lets me add more romantic flavor, coff coff))
But don't let that stop you from coming up with your own headcanons. <3

Watching Ronan's morning routine has become something of a cherished, if amusing, hobby of yours.
He's methodical to the dot, straying from his set rules once in a blue moon. A kiss to your cheek as soon as sleep pays him farewell, followed by careful movements as to not jostle you, the shower's steady noise filling the house moments later.
A nice, hot beverage and a sweet treat if he ends up waking you up. A message reminding you to grab something to eat, if you sleep in. So disgustingly domestic you can't help but wonder what you did to deserve it.
Today, however, you catch him as he starts dressing. Muffling a huff of laughter when he systematically grabs each piece of one of his many suits, depositing them at the end of the bed.
"Anything you wish to tell me?" He says, a small smile curling his lips.
"Nope, not at all," you laugh, pushing closer to him as he works on the buttons of his shirt. Hands reaching for the loops of his pressed trousers, pulling him close.
Ronan hums, fixing the chemise's lapels with practiced motions, taking then your hands in his. Pulling one to his lips, knowing it will make you laugh again. "Care to help me with the tie?"
"As if you don't know how to do it. Perfectly, might I add," you tease him, all the while reaching for the simple black tie.
"I had a good teacher. However, I prefer it when you do it, beloved."
You smile, carefully wrapping the fabric around his neck, and if your fingers purposely brush against his bare skin nobody will ever know.
You take longer than necessary to do it, stalling his departure. Something which Ronan notices, judging from the mirth in his eyes, but doesn't comment on.
Once you're done, you settle both hands on his shoulders, enjoying the feeling of the expensive fabric. Of firm muscle mass. Going willingly when Ronan dips close for a kiss, sighing as he cups your cheek.
"I'll see you later?" He asks, masterfully hidden the childlike wonder staining his words.
You smile, pressing your lips to his wrist. "I'll be home."
And it would be impossible to miss, the way his whole demeanor brightens at that simple statement.

Yes, of course! Both the Julian/Ronan and the Anastasia/Nyx were and still are an option. 💛
At the moment they're the only confirmed poly routes, but I'm considering a third one (although it's unlikely I'll actually do it orz.)

Okay, I’m 99% sure it was a misplaced else variable, but it should be fixed now! I’ll update the files as soon as I can.
Hello, some bugs report : if you choose to meet Nikolai, when Julian grabs you back into the alley, it's say "$name, I'm offended" rather than the name you have chosen. There are missing paragraphs when you talk with Julian on the ship (it's in every road). If we choose to not follow Ilya, when we wake up on the ship, wouldn't be more logical to say "a less than impressed woman" rather than "a less than impressed Vania", since we haven't met her ? Hope this can help ^^
