Ji still gives Ksoo butterflies with such gestures even after 12 years of being together...
I'm not good with Analysis but I'll tell you something from what I learnt recently about body language (I'm not a professional):
I mean look at Ksoo's expecting look he was waiting for a kiss he was expecting something. He didn't even get shocked by How Ji hastily and aggressive grabbed him by the neck. He didn't budge he didn't pull back or act surprised at Ji's sudden move! If it was someone else they would have at least backed off a little bit or acted surprised because Duh?? Someone is invading your personal space and taking you by the neck and shoving their face into yours! The least you could do is be surprised and self-defensive. But for Ksoo, it's As if it's something he had experienced a lot and got used to it (like how he's used to Ji's stares while the other members tend to get annoyed and disturbed when Ji stares at them). As you can see above I screenshoted the whole moment second by second and you can see how long Ksoo had been unmoving and just dumbly smiling lost in Ji's eyes. He had a dumb smile and he was staring with heart eyes deep into Ji's! So deep That he literally disconnected from the world for 1.5sec and was literally waiting for Ji to do something (maybe kiss him) and then he snapped back to reality and immediately got shy and got butterflies in his tummy because all those feelings washed over him and he noticed he just literally spaced out and got lost in Ji's eyes and was dumbly smiling and he was laughing at his dumb dumb reaction to Ji's gestures he was himself surprised how Ji still affects him like that. His smile literally dropped for 0.1 sec being all so serious like he was ready to receive a kiss. You know when you want to kiss you tend to stop smiling and become more serious and focused to receive the kiss and enjoy it later. I'm sure if Ji didn't retrieve his hand from Ksoo's neck that fast Ksoo would have closed his eyes and Leaned in. And you see Ksoo not moving for good 2 seconds like his brain stopped functioning and when Ji moved his hand away from his neck , like a wake-up call, Ksoo snapped out from his reverie and got back to earth and all his guards were up and all his self-control alarms went off. And he snapped! Hence smiled sheepishly and shyly. He didn't give a flying fuck about the audience or S/M or the members of what the fans would say. He just wanted to live the moment with his lover and he did.

Hi Becky anon!! I’m happy you messaged me about this night, since it’s one of my fave kaisoo days ;) they were on fire that day, all the way from the morning at the airport until later at night!

They kept close at the airport that morning, nini was following soo (as always xD)
nini kept on circling around soo during the rehearsal, he wouldn’t leave him alone
at one point he even pushed lulu away (who just wanted to hang) but nini wanted some alone time with soo xD
so then nini started “fixing soo’s mic” (which I think was more smth along the line of “ey hyung, imma caress your face a little bit but ppl will think i’m fixing your mic”) soo bit nini’s finger (as you can see above as nini jumps back) which I think is hilarious and sassy hahah
he touched his face once again. there was actually a fanacc that day, that said that nini DID use excuses to be able to touch soo for a little bit longer than “necessary”
nini had his arm around soo, so then soo decided to give nini’s D a squeeze lol (they were so playful that day T___T)

It's the behind story of what happened on Ksoo's Birthday..
As I told y'all my friend told me January 12th was the chilliest night in Seoul,that's when Ksoo told y'all to wear thick paddings to which Jongin complied.. remember?
Someone went in the chilliest night of January as you can see in the picture below, to pick up his boyfriend from his filming set around the ungodly first hours of January 12th 😉🌨️❄️❤️
It wasn't snowing that heavily in Seoul that day but let's say it was heavily snowing outside of Seoul where Ksoo's filming set is. For the fic sake 🤗
January 12th, the chilliest day of the month so far, it's -6°C, around 01:20 am.. the snow is piling up around him, Ji has been waiting in his car for almost an hour and a half past midnight, with the birthday cake he brought from the cake shop three hours ago from Seoul, he drove the fastest he could to arrive on time to be the 1st one to tell his Ksoo "Happy birthday" exactly on 00:00, now it's 1:20am, the cake started to melt because of the car heater he's using which isn't doing much the job because he feels like, in one more hour, he would die frozen.
❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
The car is foggy and he can barely see outside through the glass ... He regretted not sipping a cup of wine to keep him warm like Ksoo always advised him, but he couldn't because of his stupid diet, now he is freezing and can't feel his toes, StoOpid diet!

After what he felt like eternity, he finally got a text from Ksoo..
After finishing the scene perfectly for the 14th time already, he asked the director for a pause because he had to do something important, to which the director didn't really allow at first but after 10 minutes of begging and insisting from Ksoo's side, the PD-nim and the staff finally agreed on letting him have 30 minutes pause, which was too much considering their hectic filming schedule, they normally only have 5 minutes breaks. But they didn't know why Ksoo insisted it to be 30 minutes, but it seemed urgent and very important so they let him be.
Once he left the main set entrance, he turned on the left, walked for few minutes and went straight to the hidden spot behind that big tree where Ji always parks his car to meet him up and bring him coffee during his coffee breaks which now became their 5 minutes-break dates. He found the back BMW and the snow almost reached the wheels, he can barely walk himself through the piling snow 🌨️❄️🌨️❄️🌨️❄️🌨️❄️🌨️
After a huge effort of walking through the heavy snow, his clothes are all white and covered with it, oh and he forgot his coat in the filming set van, he was literally freezing, he reached the car and knocked on the window glass, only to see that Ji was wrapped in a blanket sleeping soundly like a baby angel, and the melted birthday cake is on the passenger seat..
He felt his heart clenching at the sight, and guilt filled up his guts, it's 2:14am now, and he feels so awful and terrible, "I don't deserve him" he mumbled scolding himself. A tear dropped down his right cheek and he opened the car door and moved the melted cake to the back and sat on the passenger seat next to Jongin, he couldn't help but caress his boyfriend's now reddish cheeks, he's so glad to see that Ji is warmer now, because the heater in the car is at the maximum temperature, he couldn't mind less, he was freezing too and he forgot his coat!
He didn't notice that his finger tips are that frozen that he woke Ji up while caressing his face, the latter fidgeted in his sleep and opened his eyes at the cold touch.
Ji found his lover right in front of his face with sparkly eyes, was he crying?
"Ksoo.."
Before he could say anything, Ksoo closed the distance between them and he melted at the feathery brush of their lips, a cute peck turnt into a passionate kiss, and into a heated sloppy tongue play..
He didn't notice he kicked the blanket away, because he is so hot and hard now that he no longer needed the damn blanket or the car heater.
Before anything else could happen, thankfully, Ksoo decided to stop, because you never know what to expect to happen.. so better save their asses before someone sees them.
"I'm sorry baby, are u cold? " Ksoo asked while scanning Ji's face, the latter was looking down at his crotch.
"Ji answer me" Ksoo said after not getting a response from his boyfriend.
"Uh.. No, I'm not. I'm actually hot and HARD!" He lifted his head from his crotch.
"Oh! Ah! Oh! Jesus Christ! Oops! I'm sorry!" Ksoo looked down and was shocked to see the well built tent 🎪 in his Boyfriend's sweat-pants.
"Omg they only gave me 30 minutes! Oh and 15 minutes has passed ! Can't imagine we spent 15 minutes kissing! Omg we only have 15min now! How, uh, do u think we can solve this very big problem around your crotch in this tight period of time?" Ksoo asked panicking..
Before Ji could give an answer, Ksoo's phone ringed thrice and his face dropped before he picked up, it was the PD-nim..
"Hello? Yes PD-nim? I believe I still have more than 10 minutes??" Ksoo said defensively.
"Oh yeah! I know. I just called to say that we will continue tomorrow, it's freezing now and everyone is getting cold in their thin costumes also the snow has piled up around everyone's cars and if we add one more hour we won't be Able to move our cars or even open the main gate, So we'll have to call the authorities and blah blah you know, so there's no need for all of this, I dismiss you Ksoo, tomorrow at 7pm we start okay! Because only the night scenes are left so we have to film during the night. And your sequence is the last, so it's okay if you come a little bit later than the others. So yeah you have a whole day to rest and rehearse your scene for tomorrow, have a goodnight oh and Happy Birthday! Everyone here wanted to wish you a happy birthday but you went out running before they could catch you and tell you hahaha! Okay have a great day birthday boy! I allow you to come later than all of the cast because it's your birthday 😉 but 8pm max! " the director said in a teasing yet warning tone.
"Are you sure it isn't just because my scene is the last in the sequence?? Hahahah but okay thank you so much PD-nim and thank you for the birthday wishes. See you tomorrow at 8pm then 😉"
He put his phone down and jumped at Ji choking him with his tight hug.
"Aaaaah!! The director dismissed me and the whole cast! We will be back until tomorrow night! We have a whole day to take care of your panty problem 😉" he winked teasingly at his boyfriend before giving him a sloppy kiss.
"I love you Jongin" he said with full seriousness in his tone this time.
"I love you too, Happy Birthday, I wanted to be the first one to tell you that but-" Ji informed while looking down kinda sad he isn't the first one to wish his boyfriend a happy bday , but was cut off again with a passionate kiss from Ksoo.
"You are!" Ksoo informed him, hearts in his eyes while staring deep at his soul.
"What?!" Ji exclaimed.
"You are the first one to wish me a happy birthday Jongin!" He said a big smile on his heart shaped lips Ji grew to adore and couldn't take his eyes off of them.
"Really?" He said while still staring deep at Ksoo's rosy lips and hugging him around the waist.
"Jongin my face is here! Hahaha look at me !" Ksoo hit Ji's chest and moved his hand to lift Ji's chin up to look him in the eyes.
"Jongin I guess we should drive now before the snow blocks the wheels completely! Also you want to rush and drive as fast as you can for us to take care of the problem between your thighs " Ksoo winked yet in a warning tone.
"Okay! I'll start the engine. But hey where's your coat? Oh and your nose is so red you're freezing! Ksoo did you come to me without your coat?? Have you gone nuts? And you walked though the piles of snow that reached your legs? So your legs must be wet now and freezing! Oh God Ksoo you're gonna catch a cold and you're gonna spend your birthday in bed and you will give me the flue and we'll stay in bed with our fevers and coughs and our noses running and we won't find someone to go buy us medics and make us hot tea! My mom is not in the city! She won't be here for us like last year! When that happened remember?? Ugh take my jacket I'm not cold and oh take the blanket wrap it around you it will keep you warm, and let's fetch your coat tomorrow, we can't drive to the set now, the snow is literally blocking the gate also I think everyone left. " Ji half whined half advised while putting the blanket around his boyfriend. He tucked him in and kissed his reddish nose.
"Well that's the disadvantage of having our birthdays in January !" Ksoo said before kissing jongin back ok the nose.
Jongin started the engine and drove away, the cake in the back seat completely melted and forgotten.
