to answer your questions, atsumu would’ve been least interested in natsumi’s life. he would’ve probably paid for child support, but he wouldn���t wish to be actively involved in her life (exactiy opposite to the current atsumu).
osamu, the team, as well as yn’s friends would’ve cursed him, but it probably wouldn’t have bothered him much. they couldn’t have done much if he was paying child support. whether to be or not to be involved in natsumi’s life would’ve been his decision and they couldn’t have changed it.
in the original plot, omi was supposed to introduce him to a friend of reina’s, who is in the modelling industry. atsumu would’ve cheated on yn with reina’s friend when yn was expecting natsumi or right before that.
omi and reina would’ve still realised their mistakes and broken up for their own reasons. they would’ve apologised to yn, but the whole kiss scandal wouldn’t have happened. they would’ve still exposed each other, destroying their careers.
in the end, omi would’ve ended up with that model he met in okinawa. atsumu would’ve ended up being a god awful father and ex partner. yn would’ve ended up alone, making ends meet somehow with the help of her friends.

the whole yn ending up a single mother and atsumu being asshole of a father to natsumi would’ve broken my own heart, which is why you got spared. count your days though, you never know if i decide to delete the current OMTSY and rewrite it with this wicked plotline 😈

well, just posting the ending wouldn’t make sense because in the og plotline, atsumu doesn’t fall in love with yn at all, and ends up cheating on her. this is one of the major plot points of the og version and gets incorporated into the story way earlier than the ending. . . considering how unpleasant it was, and how people were favoring atsuyn, i cut out this major plot point and replaced it with a fluffy ending. in the og version, atsuyn have to agree to co parent, and atsumu is not a very good father either.
