I'm in southeast MA. I remember saying something like this when I was in school. It was often swapped with 'no way'.
Packie is absolutely a thing, though.
There is a Boston expression (at least I am fairly sure it is a just Boston/Massachusetts expression) that I would love to see in media more: No sir, pronounced “no suh” and it means no way, an expression of disbelief. It is not gendered. I would guess most people think the word is sur or suh
Example:
A: Kathleen hooked up with Erin’s boyfriend, Connor
B: No suh!
Or:
A: I won tickets to the Sox game tonight! You in?
B: No suh! That’s awesome, man! Let’s hit the first packie and get some nips to sneak in
Anyway, hope you all enjoyed this Boston English lesson, please feel free to use the expression either written as suh or sir in your writing of boston characters

I’ve been staring at this gif for ages and it’s so funny.
Maul is just showing off and does this completely unnecessary jump to back away, doesn’t bother to use the Force to open the doors but throws something at the controls.
AND FUCKING OBI-WAN KENOBI CASUALLY WALKS UP TO HIM, SWINGING HIS LIGHTSABER LIKE “YEAH I’M GONNA FUCK YOU UP BITCH”
The longer I look at it the funnier it gets. He’s just not impressed at all lmao
