#tbt - exactly one year ago I went to the hospital to deal with what I thought were 3 spider bites only to have my life turned upside down and started probably the hardest six months of my life. Health is scary and I came out of it a totally different person, probably for the better. Thanks to anyone and everyone who has listened to me over the passed year, took me I the hospital, asked me if I was okay and overall just helped me get through it.

I weighed myself for the first time today. According to the scale there is no difference in weight from the first picture to the second. This is a good example of why scales are not the best weight to track your progress.
Wasn’t feeling great and needed a comparison. Top is april 3, botom is today.
