Catching up on posting my art here. This was my birthday gift to my good friend LilithOmen :)

I keep putting it off but at some point maybe before this fucking year ends i'll be cleaning up my art space, finishing a fuck ton of unfinished random projects for the sake of making them go away (lol) and posting more pictures of things here. my friend is working on sending me their old laptop so i can get back on etsy! i will still be prioritizing in-person sales but i shouldn't have anything planned until maybe January if we do another goth night that month (we skipped december to further refine things).

Some life updates

I have been busy with dog training these past few weeks. On a positive note, my dog is responding really well! He had to start in aggression training because he is a bite risk and we're now moving onto proper socialization and leash/public space manners. I also moved in October and have been struggling to fully unpack and set up my art space since then.

Some catch-up bulletpoints:

I help run a goth night now with my best friend here in Cincinnati. Currently we are at The Mockbee. I vend there, too!

I vend semi seasonally in Dayton at Ye Olde Yellow Cabaret and other bellydance centered events and talent shows, this is why my Etsy is no longer updated. It's been too much work to run both ends of vending and online selling without a home computer. Hope to fix that in 2023.

I live completely alone now for the first time. No roommates and in my own apartment. Apartment living does mean less bone processing, but that's not really an issue.

Working on getting back into costume design and resin casting. I have a sculpt about 80% finished for the head piece of the Mother Bear cosmetic set for the Huntress from Dead by Daylight I need to get back to. After I mold that sculpt, I think I might start working on another mask of a personal character.

On very rare occasions I stream on Twitch. (I don't actually make any money on twitch, it's donated to an animal shelter, so please don't feel obligated to subscribe to help me monetarily, it won't go to me, lol.)

I think that's it? I mean, probably not, but there's a start.

Man, its been a while!

I have moved this blog to my new account (@mothgoats) and will be trying to clean up old posts and bring things up to date. I hope to return to Etsy soonish.

Coyote vertebra with amethyst point necklace, available in the store. This piece has some new wire wrapping techniques I’ve been trying that I absolutely love, definitely one of a kind design.

I’m going to end up uploading better edits at some point, because im definitely not a fan of these edits I did on my iPad. But, it’s available to purchase anyways! Real deer skull, amethyst, quartz, moss, fake succulents and fake floral pieces. 

Big chunky raw amethyst necklace! Lovely and also doubles as a weapon - not that i advocate doing this, but it would probably work well as a banishing crystal as well as a healing one.
