Civic Action Assessment of Issue
1) I have not done any volunteering.
2) What I am willing to do in the future to respond to my civic action issue is I am willing to educate my self even more on the issue and talk to gun owners across the state.

Legislative and Executive Action
S.3493 (2019-2021)
The bill was introduced in the United States Senate .The bill has not been decided by the senate yet.
The bill states that it will continue to allow people to ship ammunition to service members on active duty to foreign nations. This bill effects my civic action project on a positive way because it will continue to allow less restriction on fire arms and ammunition.
The bill is sponsored by the republican party. The sponsor will effect weather or not it will pass because if a bill is sponsored by the democratic or republican party the amount of funding will increasing the chance of its approval.
I think I would encourage my representative to vote yea on this bill. I would encourage him because I believe it is important to protect the right of veterans on active duty's and to supply them with proper materials.

The goal behind this is to ensure that all Americans second amendments are protected and their count system is protecting their rights.
William Barr is the Secretary of the United States department of Justice. I believe that he is qualified for the position because he has a law degree of Columbia University. Having a qualified sectary in this departments mean that this department is going to carry out the law thoughtfully and I believe they will look at my issue and put time into it.

California Proposition Assignment.
1) Proposition's 63,
Firearms, Ammunition Sales, Initivave Sales.
2016.
2) This proposition increases gun Control. The main goal is to change the main laws on ammunition purchases.
3) The Fiscal impacts are increased law enforcement cost to take away gun for when people are convicted. A hike in ammunition sales.
4) Financials' banks that supported the proportion were the California Democratic party. One of the biggest donators to the proposition was the Newsome ballot measure committee. I am not surprised by any of the interest groups or parties that donated to the proposition. I think that voters can get an idea if the measure because of the donators bust based on the party their associated with.
4) It was approved and the results to this election does not surprise me.
6) Arguments for the proposition are the proposition would keep guns and ammunition out of the wrong hands by closing loopholes in existing law. The proposition would protect the rights of law-abiding citizens to own guns for self-defense, hunting, and recreation. The proposition would address the issue of illegally armed felons.
Arguments against the proposition's are it would burden law-abiding citizens who own firearms. The proposition would not keep terrorists and violent criminals from accessing firearms and ammunition. The proposition would divert resources away from local law enforcement and burden an already overburdened court system.
7) If I were to of voted for the proposition I would have voted against it. The reason why is I believe that this proposition's is unconstitutional.

Gun Sense
To help group up with American politicians to create better gun safety. This political interest group’s long term goal is to decrease the amount of shootings with more gun control. Overall this is a more liberal leaning political group.
They want to make gun safety a priority for politicians on election day. Overall they want to supports stronger gun laws.
Some legislative changes it promotes are stronger gun control. Specific types of gun controls mention are stronger background checks to improve gun safety, and limit overall gun access. Overall this group does not advocate for my civic action issue.
The candidate this political group is currently endorsing is Joe Biden for president of the United States.
There is an in person meeting in San Jose on October 30th, at 12:00pm.
Some volunteer opportunities on election day are you can volunteer and become a poll monitor or work the polls. Others are you can help raise awareness to help elect their favored candidates.
Super Pact
America Fist Action overall goal is to preserve the freedom of the constitution such as the second amendment.
$45,000 on independent experidries for Donald Trump. $113,826,046 for against Joe Biden. Yes I am surprised by the way this super pact chooses to spend money.
This is a very republican group. The people who donate reflect the interest of the political party because most of them are republican leaders.

Election 2020 Presidential Candidatets Assesments
Howie Hawkins is nominated for the green party. He focuses on a more pro gun stance with only few restraints on the second amendment such as a waiting period and security check for fire arms. I don’t necessarily agree with him because he correlates economic stance with gun control and the right to purchase a fire arm.
Donald Trump is the nominee for the Republican party. His stance on gun control is very open to protecting on the United States second amendment. I agree with the parties stance because it supports the constitution and I believe in the right to bear arms.
Gloria La Riva is the nominee for the Peace and Freedom party. She fully supports the second amends with no limitations. I agree with her view.
Roque De La Fuente is the nominee for the American Independent party. He supports the second amendment but prohibits bump stocks. He is for open carry in all public places. I agree with his policies because I think people have the right to protect themselves when their out in public.
Jo Jorgensen is the nominee the Libertarian party. His policy is against any new gun restrictions and lawsuits by gun victims. I don’t agree with this policy because it opens up for people to not be help responsible for their actions.
Joe Biden is the nominee for the Democratic party. He believes in applying more gun control in order to purchase a rifle. I do not agree with the parties view on this issue. He has a very strong gun control policy. I don’t necessarily agree with it because it conflicts the second amendments.

Political Party Action
The Republican partys stance on the second amendment is that they want to perserve the right of the second amedments and reduced the amount of background checks. I agree with this stance because citizens do need acsess to weapons for personal pertecion from government.
The Democratic partys stance on the second amendment is they want to increase the amount of gun control by taking more assult rifels off the streets. I do not agree with this stance because this is not effective in providing saftey to American citizens.
The libertarian party belivers that it is moraly wrong if the government doesn’t allow every citizen the accses the self protction. I also agree with this parties views because it supports the constitution and hard working americans acsses to self protection.
The greens party belives that people should have limited acsses to guns. I do not agree with this parties view.
The peace and freedom party belives in less restrictions on gun control I do agree with this stance because it does protect the constitution and will be more eddective for keeping people safe.
The postition that I agree with the most is the Republican stance twoards the second Amendment. I am honestly not surprises by that.

What type of action do you think needs to be taken to address this issue?
1) I chose second admendment issuse becuase I have a passion for gun rights.
2) The issue on guns is gun owners are facing massive resraints such as people not belive there is no reason to own a powerful assult weapon. I realats to the government because with citizens access to poweful weapons, that would lead to absolute tyranny.
3) I think what action that needs is awarness and for people to know why an powerful assult weapon is actualy useful.
