as a fellow takato yamamoto enjoyer (but non-artist), your art really reminds me of his, both technically (detailed hair, thin lineart, similar colours) and in subject matter and theme (deconstruction of the human body, monsterhood etc.); it's actually why i originally followed you. the main thing i see in both of your art is this immense beauty that makes me feel things difficult to explain.

aww thank you so much!!! i hear this a lot from people hehe, it's a great compliment! the irony is that i actually heard of takato yamamoto through people who viewed my work and told me that it reminded them of his haha, and that's how i became a fan of his! i respect his craft & dedication to his subject matter sooo much, and also he was one of the first eroguro artists that i personally found that was working with androgynous/more masculine figures! whenever i feel down about people misgendering or giving me shit about the bodies that i draw in terms of gender/identity/anatomy i like to think about how far he got in his work and how universally enjoyed his work is!

I've been trying to get the creases out to no avail n finally I'm thinking about repurchasing it but. it was a gift so beyond simply enjoying your art it's also sentimental to me...

Hi!! No worries at all, sorry i haven’t checked my asks in a long long time! Iirc i used to use just regular 110lb text matte or gloss digital stock from a poster printer during that time, and inprnt has a much higher quality print because they use matte non-acid archival quality paper for giclee printing which is used a lot in galleries and high quality art prints, hope that helps!
