The First of Many- CNCO Imagine

Hello, so I created this as a short blurb kind of thing. I don’t know, today I just saw this really cute guy while going house hunting; he lived in the house across from the one we were looking at. As we were driving off he’d noticed me in the passenger seat with the window down and he stared intensively at me for a long time until I was out of sight. I was very.. shook and it was different because usually guys don’t stare at me right when they first see me for that long. At first I thought maybe he was only staring because I was staring back at him but he when I looked away and looked back he was still looking at me. It was just one of those feelings of attraction when you first see someone but so intensively and dramatic like Twilight type of thing. I don’t know how else to explain it other than it was the most intense (not at all in a bad way) look I’d ever received. Honestly imagine that intense Edward & Bella cafeteria look in real life because that was exactly it. (Halfway made me want to say yes to the place just to live across the street from a cute guy like him). Anyways, my point is that the creation for this imagine is exactly that, I saw a cute boy in public and after that look he gave me it made me start to have those little schoolgirl fantasies about it and something like this imagine popped into my head so I figured I’d write it down and see what you guys think. This wasn’t created for no CNCO boy in particular so let me know who is the first boy to pop into your head as you begin reading. Thank you for your support!

“What? Do I have something on my face?” You quickly began rubbing the side of your mouth with your napkin.

The way he stared at you made you feel nervous and self conscious, mostly due to the fact that as your friendship with him had begun to flourish, so had your feelings. He held attributes that proved to you how loyal, honest, and kind of a man he was. His thoughtfulness to your feelings, to other people made you start to have feelings that weren’t at all... friend zone.

“Nothing, you just...,” half of him was unsure of whether he should tell you, but the other half had felt he’d been hiding it for long and just needed to tell you this little secret he had been holding in for so long.

He looked down and sighed, “I hope that after I tell you this that regardless of how you feel whether it’s the same way or it’s not, we can at the minimum still be friends. I never want to loose what we have.”

You were confused and your anxiety to what he was about to say went through the roof. “I don’t know what you’re talking about, no matter what I’d always want to be friends with you, you’re my best friend and if I did something wrong I’m sorry. I—,” he cut you off as you began ranting unnecessary apologies for something you didn’t do ever.

“Te puedo besar? (Can I kiss you?)”

“.. Que? (What?)”

“Can I kiss you?”

“Are you messing with me? Because if you are this isn’t funny.”

“I would never do that to you, Y/N. Eres bella (you’re beautiful) y siempre ha tenido sentimientos por ti no nomás por tus miradas, pero por tu personalidad y postura. (I’ve always have feelings for you not only for your looks, but also because of your personality and the way you carry yourself.)”

You grabbed his face, placing your lips on his as his hands immediately went to hold onto you at your waist. It’d been that kiss, that hunger that you both felt you needed to appease. Before you knew it you were on his lap with your legs on each of his sides.

As you both pulled away, his head still layed caressed between your hands and his hands were wrapped tightly around you with your foreheads against each other. Content with the feeling of being with each other in another manner besides friends made you both feel.. powerful and what had just happened didn’t need any explanation. The kiss said it all, you were exclusive because there was nobody else that’d be able to satisfy the hunger of the lips like you both did for each other.

Trump has gone on record as saying that America just can’t afford to hire enough judges to deal with this massive crushing influx of immigration cases, and that’s why we need to build concentration camps. Naturally, that’s a fucking lie.

First thing first: the cost of his proposed plan is going to come to $3.5 billion dollars, which is currently unfunded and has no appropriations scheduled. That is a host of problems all its own, but lets focus on numbers. $3.5B.

Now, America has 700,000 immigration and asylum cases on backlog.

So, how many judges to review those cases? Well, a quick jaunt by the Bureau of Justice Statistics shows that a judge of this type reviewing this type of case will see anywhere from 360 cases per year, to 4374. Let’s go with low numbers, because we don’t want anything to go wrong with a case like this. So, let’s say that if we wanted to clear the entire backlog of immigration and asylum cases this year, we would need 1 judge for every 360 cases. 700,000 / 360 = 1,945, rounding up because fractional judges sit lopsided on the bench.

So, I looked up how much a federal appeals judge costs per year. And damn. I knew it was a good amount, but I didn’t expect $211,200 per year.

That’s a total of 411 million dollars to clear that backlog.

$410,784,000 < $3,500,000,000

Trump’s plan is 8.52 times more expensive than the alternative.

If a man can find a way to afford 3.5 billion dollars to build concentration camps to lock up “animals” and “bad hombres” from “shithole countries” but he can’t find 411 million dollars to hire enough judges to rule on those cases, then the problem is not that we don’t have the money. The problem is that he would rather spend eight times as much money to torture and humiliate people than to see justice served.

Oh, and in case it needs to be pointed out: that 3.5 billion collars is just to build the detention centers. And detaining all of those hundreds of thousands of people is going to cost money every year as well. And that number is going to keep going up. And what’s more, it does not resolve the problem. Because locking people up does not get them through the courts any faster, so even if Trump does lock up all those people, he’s still going to need to pay the judges to clear those cases, and that means that we’re going to pay that $411 million anyway.

Because that’s the bitch of it: this is not a case of spending either 3.5 billion or 411 million. This is about a man claiming that he can’t spend 411 million dollars to solve a problem but he can afford eight-point-five times that much to postpone that problem.

Look, this is simple and straightforward: creating concentration camps to lock up Hispanic families is not a flaw of his plan, it’s the plan. Not a bug, a feature. He is not compromising his intentions, we are seeing his intentions.

Like with the cops, i’m gonna need the US armed forces to hold themselves accountable for what they did to Vanessa. Another soldier went missing last year, and his body was found in the same place. HOW is that a coincidence? HOW do people just “go missing” in a fucking ARMY BASE? The same base that had a fucking sex trafficking ring going? Nah, man. This whole mentality of “cover for your brother till you die” is bullshit.

This is a CNCO page, but as a first generation Latina whose parents immigrated here from the Dominican Republic and Mexico I am unable to stay silent about the oppression and offenses that’ve been occurring against Latinos y Hispánicos in this country. You also have to realize that you are following a page that supports a Latino band who are from South American countries with, not all of the band members but most of them, their first language is Spanish. I myself and my family have been victim to some of these aggressors to the point where we are scared to speak Spanish in public or walk while being a Latinx. Nobody should be afraid of being in public and not being able to celebrate their culture/ culture’s traditions because they fear someone else’s actions or offense could endanger their life. If you don’t like these kinds of posts then unfollow, but you are part of the problem. Go about your day, but I won’t be silenced and I will continually do whatever I can both on social media and in real life to ensure that my voice is heard because I’m standing up for the Latinos y Hispanics who are too afraid to say anything in fear of deportation or detainment. Crimes against eloteros who are just trying to make a living in places like Los Angeles yet they get attacked and their sources of living stolen. Latinos shopping at Walmart in El Paso were killed and put in danger by a man with motives to get rid of Mexicans because of his racist thoughts. Children y immigrants crossing the Mexico/ American border searching for asylum are being turned away and detained in inadequate detention centers. The children are being raped, they’re disappearing, they’re being murdered due to the fact that they are separated from their parents and kept in detainment centers where they then get “lost” by government officials (THIS HAS HAPPENED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE NOW WHERE THEY STATE THAT, ALTHOHGH IT IS NOT AN ACCURATE NUMBER DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF KIDS WHO GO INTO THE DETAINMENT CENTERS WITHOUT RECORD OF THEM BEING THERE, APPROXIMATELY 1,000-2,000 KIDS HAVE GOTTEN ‘LOST’ BOTH TIMES) & they are improperly taken care of. ICE has stated that they are not to be responsible for whatever happens to the kids while they are at the detainment centers... REALLY?! So you’re telling me ICE is not responsible for the immigrant kids taht are raped by other adult ICE workers, that ICE is not responsible for the children that they somehow lose? Those children are your responsibility, their lives are in your hands and they know no better as to why they are there. They are scared, confused, and wondering what’s happening around them that they can’t be with their families. Not only that but it’s now been proven that Trump wants to create concentration camps and has been spraying toxic chemicals in the detainment centers that kill the detainees. The Latino and Hispanic people who were raised in America since they were babies but were unlucky to not be born on US soil are being threatened with the idea of taking away their visas away. THIS is their home! Vanessa Guillen who was Latina joined the army believing she was doing the right thing by bringing honor to her family and serving for a country she believed in, she was brutally murdered for being a woman who was Latina. She was murdered for simply saying no.
