“Increases your chances by 80%” does not mean “there is now an 80% chance”.

If your chances were previously 10%, your chances are now 18%, not 90%.

if your chances were roughly 1%, they’re now just slightly less than 2%.

I got 10L of the bestest most organic herb-friendly earth and put it in the big pot and my rosemary is in there now and hopefully as happy as a rosemary is capable of being.

While repotting I also noticed that it must have been very uncomfortable in its old pot already, it had wrapped its roots around itself and looked for new soil, even though it had only been 2 years since its last upgrade, so time for a new pot but not torturously long. Well GOOD NEWS HONEY!

I have this new ambition, since last year, that I want my rosemary plant to be as big as possible. I want it to be an absurd shambling monster of a rosemary plant. I want people to think I have a tiny penis, that's how big the rosemary should be. I bought it a new bigger pot today. The pot is so big. I know it's already April, but I'll put so much soil in there and then the rosemary will live in it AND GROW GROW GROW GROW!

#the number of plants i have here has about doubled since christmas and i am so happy #it's still less than half what i had when i lived with my parents #but it's something #it's good!#i even have a hanging pot under the ceiling now #but the rosemary is my favourite sorry #my plants don't have computers so i can say it here #i like how solar it is #and how good it smells #and it looks like a tiny conifer #plus its shade of green is just beautiful

It was 13 or 14 years ago. From what I remember you just shouldered aside the mastodons, went into the Tumblr cave and carved your mark on the wall, telling people you were now signed up for tumblr, and then they would haul memes on animal hides past you. Back then it was mostly cats doing amusing things, obviously, but we would watch them by the flickering firelight, and chortle to ourselves hopefully before leaving the cave and trudging back to our lives.

#yeah that's what it was like #also it didn't have a 'photo post' mode #it had a 'cavepainting post' mode #the symbol for audio posts was two rocks being slammed together
