On February 14th 25 years ago, Voyager 1 turned its cameras around and took a photo of Earth from 37 billion miles away. The “Pale Blue Dot" image continues to make an impact back here on Earth many years later, demonstrating the fragility of our home and place in the cosmos.

The story of Voyager is perhaps one of the most beautiful in human history. It’s a story of discovery, of love, of mystery and of hope. It’s a story of us. This video is a tribute to Voyager and contains the story of the small spacecraft as told by Carl Sagan.
