thinking about how gojo and geto are the blue and red combo but not like that. because gojo seems like blue and geto like red (brightest blue eyes and the red of all thr blood spilt). but i think of all those moments of gojo cast in red light, of geto with all the colour faded to blue around him. how little of geto was truly left in his last moments, the sky faintly red-pink as gojo stood over him, and how it seemed almost purple when he had to kill his best friend

really love dynamics that are like 'it honestly doesn't matter if you view them as romantic or platonic, the point is that they love each other. the type of love is inconsequential, all that matters is that it's there'. gotta be one of my favorite genders.

i love seeing inclusivity in small places. the family tree website i've been using for my writing for years gradually started to include an 'other' gender with a place to clarify.

they included multiple romantic partners. they no longer assume that a man on the family tree will be married to a woman.

you can specify if parents are adoptive or biological or foster, and have multiple sets of parents on the tree. even including different time periods and approximations for birth years !!

i love seeing stuff like this, where clearly someone loved others enough to include them

came up with the idea of someone who makes up facts and lies (everyone believes them because they look and act so smart) just to piss off their friend/partner who is obsessed with knowing stuff and then infodumps with the real facts

but secretly the liar makes up facts to get their friend/partner to talk endlessly and angrily about their favourite subject because they love them dearly

the only parts of harry potter i can still enjoy are wolfstar and any fanmade black family or marauder era type shit. that is ALL fanmade, fan-led, and fan-loved. most of it isn't canon. there's memories and characters and personalities that the original media don't even hint at. it gives life to stories left untouched and forgotten by the main arc.

all of it can be attributed to all these fans who were inspired by a handful of fascinating characters and their unexplored dynamics.

but with all the diversity and attention to detail that got fucked over by the author. so i still indulge in it, even if the rest of it makes me miserable
