Hello everyone. So after an extended dark period, it is with a heavy heart that the mod team have decided at this point in time that we will be closing chaos will fall. This does not mean a goodbye forever and all of us can see in the future us coming back stronger than ever before, however at this current moment in time, every one of the founders is very much feeling the strain and need space for our personal lives and to enjoy writing again outside of the continuous stress that comes with being a mod.
This journey here has been one that each of us has thoroughly enjoyed, to 7 hours discussing vampire lore, to our ridiculous excel spreadsheets, we’ve definitely had our ups and our downs but we hold nothing but love for this space and for one another.
While we know this may come as a shock to alot of people and may be disheartening, please also be aware that while it is difficult for yourselves, it is even more so for the mod team who created the space. So please be kind and respectful during this time.
As a team we are very happy for our members to continue using the dash and we will be leaving the main ooc open for everyone to continue chatting with one another. Just because the main is closing does not mean you all have to stop writing, if anything we encourage you too. So we’re welcoming you all to continue roleplaying with one another in a closed role play setting, which will be a little calmer and hold no activity checks. That means that while the main is dormant, you all do not have to be and are welcome to continue if you wish.
The team are happy for you to continue using your characters within this closed role play setting mentioned above, however because the character bios are our intellectual property we ask that you do not take the characters outside of this closed roleplay setting in any way shape or form. If you would like to pick up additional characters within this closed setting, we ask that they are ocs and original characters of your own and not any of the open characters currently up on the main page.
The mod team has planned the plot of the group for several months to come especially as we were heading to our year anniversary of chaos, however all those plans we will put safe away for when we eventually return to the main as they are complex and need more than just one person manning the group.
The whole team have adored being apart of this group and sharing everything with you all. We have spent tireless months working on this group and have poured so much love, time and tears into it. However as personal life catches up, we are unable to put in the time that it requires and has unfortunately come in hand with us not feeling appreciated within the space or finding joy in running the space anymore.
Thank you all for being apart of chaos, we have cherished it and you all and hope to one day be here to welcome you home <3

So is the main dead then?
Hi anon. Like I said in the post prior about a week or so ago, main will remain dark currently until Tilly and I are able to have a full conversation due to myself currently being the only mod currently avaible and here and will be for the foreseeable future. However this does align with myself needing a break from mod duty aswell, so please be patient with us during this time while we take personal time and decide what is best for us as a team moving forward and also decide personally what we feel is right for ourselves. - Hannah

Blood thirsty, monstrous beasts from beyond the dead. That is often how vampires are described. Whilst only being a half-vampire, Clarice can still feel her vicious instincts drive her blood-lust, especially during the blood moon where she became blood starved and ravenous. Sometimes Clarice would feel trapped in this cycle, fearing what part of herself might do. Write about Clarice’s inner turmoil with herself, how does she feel about being a half-vampire? How does she feel about having to hide it to avoid discrimination? And how does she deal with her self hatred and fear of her own actions?

To say blood, sweat and tears went into Clarice’s lawyer training would be an understatement. Her supervisor, Cecily Greengrass pushed her to the limits before she finally become a fully fledged lawyer. Helping put dangerous criminals behind bars, she was extremely happy with her life, feeling as if all the good acts she continues to do might outweigh any monstrous acts she might commit as a half-vampire. As cases piled up, she sought the help of Amelia Bones who she grew extremely fond of. However, now that her first protégé has passed, to what lengths with Clarice go to avenge her? Write about her experiences as a lawyer or how she feels now about Amelia Bone’s death.

Clarice could see right through Richard Ellington, knowing Veela’s her whole life allowed her to see through his charade yet their romantic connection was still passionate and and intense, something that only two supernaturally strong people could withstand. Yet after Hogwarts, things seemed to fade away and now lovers turned adversaries, Clarice has to deal with her ex-fiancé whilst a secret love affair blossoms with Henry Griffis, a skilled monster hunter whom she walks a thin line with, trying to keep her vampire heritage secret whilst still enjoying his flirtatious antics. Write about Clarice’s love life, be this with Richard or Henry, explore her inner thoughts and insecurities that she may have when it comes to love.

Hi Anon! As I’m sure you’re aware, Silas Crump is currently on the run from the law. Due to this, we’ve made him unplayable because his connections are now so limited as he can only interact with so few characters. We do see him being playable again in the near future, but he’s really difficult to play at the moment. If your heart is set on him, send us a message off anon or dm either myself or Hannah on discord and we can chat about it some more - Andrew

How active would one need to be with their character/s to be able to apply for another?
Hi Anon! To pick up another character, the admin team will look at your current character archive/s, we require at least 3 lines (24 posts) per character a month in order to be active enough for another character! If I put my maths hat on, that means you’ve got to post at least 6 posts a week per character. This includes thread replies, tasks and a sprinkle of muse posts here and there.
