Captain of Your heart Pt. 23
Excerpt 1:
“You shouldn’t be askin’ that. We oughta trust the captain!” It was the boy. Vernon was about to open his mouth to disagree when one of the other pirates did it for him.
“What, with what’s been happenin’ ‘ere these days? I’d trust me life to a shark before the cap’n!”
Excerpt 2:
The pirates raised their empty flasks to the burning red sky, and Jihoon grimaced. It wasn’t a smile this time. The glass clinking together against the sunset as a backdrop, he reaffirmed his previous thought. This really was a bloody red, splashed across the deepening sky, dripping past the horizon, and tainting the waves in the water with its dark color. Soon, it would get bloodier.
Hello lovely readers,
With school and work and life and being sick and natural disasters, I am finally back with another chapter at https://archiveofourown.org/works/11148597/chapters/38064815 :) Thank you for your patience and support and let me know if your suspicions were confirmed!

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 22
Excerpt 1:
“Did I say you were finished wiping the rails?”
“Well no, but-”
Jihoon positioned himself between S. Coups and the other pirates. He shoved a finger at the pirate, “You’re not done ‘till I say so. Now get to it before I tear out your tongue and feed it to the sharks.”
The man didn’t move.
“Well? Should I go get the chum bucket?”
Excerpt 2:
“I found this. I can deal with it.”
Jihoon had put the emphasis on ‘I.’
Jun just stared at him, mouth open. He had no idea what to respond with, so he kept staring at Jihoon as if waiting for him to take it back. When it became obvious he would not, Jun whisper-yelled at his first mate, “I’m the captain!”
“And you said that I’ll find the person who’s doing all of this. I can do it.” Jihoon stared right back at him unapologetically. He crossed his arms. “Just let me do this.”

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 21
Excerpt 1:
“Can’t remember anything before today, huh? You lot got no more brain than a sea turtle, and at least they live longer. New question. Whose is this?”
No hands went up.
The first mate tried again, “Whoever owns an axe is innocent. Whose is this?”
More than half the hands went up.
Excerpt 2:
Jun’s quarters mirrored that darkness. All lights had been extinguished, and the shadow that would have otherwise been visible next to the window was invisible under the cloak of the night. Minghao was pacing as close to the glass as he could, muttering under his breath for either Vernon or Seungkwan to hurry the hell up and come back up for deck duty.
Hand gripping his pendant, the lie he told the captain echoed in his head.
Hello lovelies,
I am back after a hectic week with a new chapter of CoYH ^_^ Check it out at https://archiveofourown.org/works/11148597/chapters/36742239

Captain of Your Heart pt. 20
Excerpt 1:
Jihoon tapped his foot in irritation and resisted the temptation to tell the man that he had no more brains than a sea turtle. It would be an insult to the turtle. “Serious means man overboard, ship on fire, masts have fallen, another ship is spotted, a monster appears, you see a ghost, or Neptune himself comes to smite us-”
He rolled his eyes at the pirate’s gaping mouth. “I’m joking. You have a head, don’t you? Learn to use it.”
Excerpt 2:
Ignoring the shock on the crew’s faces, Jun strode forward as the crowd parted in front of him.
The first thing he saw was the broken wood board. Two of them. The one that had broken underneath the pirate and the one strewn to the side. Then the blood.
“Jihoon, what happened here?” He asked softly, almost a whisper.
Hello lovely readers,
I’m back with the newest update to CoYH at https://archiveofourown.org/works/11148597/chapters/36430374 :) Lmk what you think

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 19
Excerpt 1:
Jihoon stared at Jun. There were multiple things wrong with docking at a non-pirate port, the first and foremost being the cannon fire that would surely welcome their skull and crossbones flag, but then he saw the look in the captain’s eyes and knew it had to do with that prisoner again. He sighed, “Nothing wrong. You’re going to owe me a vacation after all this is over though.”
Excerpt 2:
Minghao narrowed his eyes. Vernon kept going higher and higher past where he could see. The only place he could be headed was the crow’s nest.
What was he doing?
Hello lovelies,

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 18
Excerpt:
The first mate had already been in a bad mood after his fruitless chase around port, and the stagnant air only made it worse. Pacing up and down the wooden planks, it seemed to him like everyone had conveniently chosen this day to forget how to sail a ship.
“What are you? A fish?” Jihoon glared at one of the pirates, currently not coiling the ropes as he should be. “What’s so nice about the sky, huh? Close your goddamn mouth and stop staring, or I’ll close it for you-” he added with a snarl, “permanently.

Can you write a meanie with bottom Wonwoo? In which Wonwoo feels insecure about his skinny body and Mingyu reassures him? Kys~ I'm a huge fan of angsty or fluffy smut! And i also loved Castor's meanie story on ao3! Keep up the good work guys!
First off, apologies for literally taking forever to answer this because I still don’t understand how Tumblr works. I am so sorry. I hope the following story will make up for that.
For any other lovely readers, the short writing below is mainly insecurity and comfort with a mix of angst and fluff, however, the topic of body/weight insecurity could be a trigger so please be cautious.
Thank you all for reading and please feel free to inbox us? message us? (what is this mailbox thingy called?)

Perfect As Is
“Wait.”
Wonwoo grabbed Mingyu’s wrists, not realizing how hard he was pressing down. His breathing came out as gasps for air, the tousled hair and lightly bruised marks along his neck giving away Mingyu’s gradual movement from Wonwoo’s lips to his collarbone. But his hands stopped at the bottom of Wonwoo’s shirt.
Wonwoo had stopped them there. Looking down then up, his eyes met Mingyu’s with such a thinly veiled fear that it caused Mingyu to let go and pull Wonwoo into his arms instead, settling into their coach with an oomph.
The first day of their break had come and almost gone. Breezy laughs, countless greetings, and open smiles were left on their doorstep in exchange for soft whispers, sideways glances, and light touches. The sun was setting outside, and the warm orange and yellows had turned to cool blues as they washed over the two lovers.
Yet under the blue, there were still flickers of orange, cast by the lamp outside or a car parking across the street. With Mingyu’s hands resting at the small of Wonwoo’s back, one such flicker found its way to the younger of the two’s face, highlighting the concern in his eyes. “Hey, it’s okay. We can take it slow, yeah?”
Wonwoo nodded unconvincingly, and Mingyu pulled him closer, his chin resting on the other’s head. He could feel Wonwoo’s heartbeat against his chest, a quick ba-thump, ba-thump.
Any other time, he would have considered it a compliment, a sign of how he makes Wonwoo feel, but now?
All Mingyu wanted was for Wonwoo to feel comfortable.
He had seen how the other refused to take off his jacket, even on sweltering summer days. He had seen the way Wonwoo’s arms instinctively curled around his torso, an almost protective posture. He knew that Wonwoo didn’t feel comfortable in his own body, and he had no clue how that could be.
To Mingyu, the man was perfect.
Looking down, he shifted his weight a bit so he could see Wonwoo’s eyes, their unwavering glint in the light a paradox to the black of his irises. Sometimes they were a cutting ebony or meeting chocolate, other times they were dark and stormy. Even with eyes half-lidded and washed over with a deep blue light this time, Mingyu felt as if he could drown in that storm. Sighing unconsciously, he brought a hand up to cup Wonwoo’s face and pressed a kiss to his temple, next to his eye.
The other man smiled faintly, and Mingyu turned to press a kiss to his other temple. Then, he moved down to lock lips with the man, a fierce protectiveness clutching at his heart as Wonwoo leaned in, almost relaxing.
He loved the way Wonwoo smiled against his mouth, the same smile he usually refused to show unless he was alone and the same smile Mingyu fell in love with. How could someone find the man emotionless? Heartless? Mingyu broke the kiss and shifted back, searing the faint remaining curves of Wonwoo’s smile into his memory for at least the sixtieth time, lasting the while that the dimming light from outside still let him see.
It must simply be that no one looked as closely. The way his eyes could convey every emotion without a change in his other features, or how the slightest raise of his eyebrows magnified those emotions two-fold. Mingyu could read emotions clearly in those milliseconds and fine lines, a greater range than he thought anyone could possess.
Disbelief still tinging his thoughts, Mingyu moved down to kiss Wonwoo’s neck. Then his collarbone. Then the fabric over his shoulder. It was unfair, he decided, that Wonwoo couldn’t see himself the way Mingyu saw him.
Lips grazing over exposed skin, Mingyu took one of Wonwoo’s hands in his own and pressed a kiss to his knuckles. If Wonwoo couldn’t see, Mingyu would show him.
Turning Wonwoo’s hand over, he kissed the inside of the man’s wrist. Then the back of his other hand. Then his lips.
“What are you doing?”
“Kissing you,” Mingyu replied matter-of-factly.
The other furrowed his eyebrows, almost bemused. “Kissing my clothes?”
Mingyu shrugged. “And you.” Pushing the man to lie down, he pressed a kiss to Wonwoo’s knee through the hole of his ripped jeans, then the inside of his thigh. Trailing kisses up to the hem of the man’s shirt, he stopped just beneath Wonwoo’s navel, grinning up from his lap at the faint blush coloring Wonwoo’s cheeks.
“You’re gorgeous, you know that?”
The man rolled his eyes and muttered a swear word or two underneath his breath, only to get cut off with a sharp intake of breath as Mingyu shifted their positions so that he sat on Wonwoo, hands finding their way to his sides.
“So gorgeous.”
Wonwoo glowered from beneath him but didn’t complain as Mingyu bent over, leaving kisses across his chest.
“Breathtaking.”
He smiled at the small grumbles he got in response.
“Beautiful.”
And it was true. The hazy orange light from outside had enveloped Wonwoo so that all of him was alit with a glow almost, from the tips of his eyelashes down. Surrounded by that light, he looked heavenly.
Mingyu felt as if he had to show him. It was an urgent wave of a feeling that came to him all of a sudden, filling him up and threatening to overflow. Hands again at the bottom of Wonwoo’s shirt, he leaned over so that his mouth was at the man’s ear. “Can I?”
There was a short silence as Mingyu pictured the gears turning in Wonwoo’s head, then an exhale, and the man nodded beside him. “Yeah.”
Slowly, Mingyu pulled the shirt over Wonwoo’s head, taking in the sight before him.
“Absolutely gorgeous.”
He kissed Wonwoo’s skin lightly.
“Beautiful.”
And again.
“Perfect.”
A hand trailing up Wonwoo’s torso to press firmly against his warm skin, Mingyu could feel the other man’s heartbeat in his palm.
It was slower now, more relaxed, and Mingyu pressed a kiss above his hand. Absentmindedly, he wondered if Wonwoo noticed how his hands always tended to go back to the man’s chest, forever seeking out the other’s heart.
He wanted to continue to kiss Wonwoo for hours, easing him in, showing his lover how he looked through Mingyu’s eyes, but they would have the time later. Small pink marks were already blossoming to cover pale skin, and looking down at his handiwork, Mingyu smiled. The fingers of his other hand entwined in Wonwoo’s, he moved up to kiss the other on the forehead.
“Mingyu?”
“Wait, I’ll be right back.”
With one last fleeting brush of his thumb over Wonwoo’s cheek, Mingyu got up, fumbling for a bit in the dark of another room before returning with a blanket in his arms.
“You’ll get cold,” he offered as explanation.
Wonwoo eyed him suspiciously for a moment but let Mingyu tug his shirt back over and wrap the blanket snugly around him, only grumbling slightly in protest.
It was getting late, but neither of the two cared much to check the time. With Wonwoo resting against his side, Mingyu only felt a contentment settle through his body. It seemed to him as if the sunrise would not come for a long time, and if that proved true, he would be happy with it.
As he closed his eyes, the thoughts jumbled together in his mind, and he stopped trying to make sense of anything other than the warmth in his arms. The light outside had all but gone out, and had someone looked at the window as the two lovers drew each other closer for warmth, they would only have seen two shadows vaguely shaped to the human form blurring together to one.
Maybe if they had been listening very carefully, they might have heard a few whispered words escape. “You’re perfect as is.”

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 16
Excerpt 1:
With the dresses gone, Jun could see that the other was of a wiry build with a slight frame and toned muscles. The shirt was Jun’s and it was a size too large on Minghao, but he still managed to make it work, tucked into the trousers and held up with a belt. He cracked a grin, “You look better like this.”
Minghao glared at him, picking up his stride as he made his way down the stairs.
Outside, the air seemed lighter and faint ruckus bridged their previous silence. Jun opened his mouth and the words came out a whisper, “You know what you would look even better in?”
Excerpt 2:
Jihoon was walking away, which meant it was time to resume the chase.
Jeonghan shook the memory from his head as he hopped down into the alley with an audible huff. He strolled on easily, letting the torches throw his shadow large against the wall for Jihoon to see.
As he walked, a devilish grin spread across his face.
Hello lovelies,
Hope you enjoy the newest chapter, Treason Pt. 1, at http://archiveofourown.org/works/11148597/chapters/26324847 ^_^ The updates will be getting more irregular as my break ends but I’ll keep you updated!

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 15
Excerpt 1:
“Why did you apologize?”
It was those eyes, it had always been those eyes- In the back of his mind, Jun knew he wasn’t making sense.
“Because I’ve known. For a while, too.” The man’s eyes widened and Jun continued without stopping for breath, not giving himself any time to regret what he was saying. “Since that first time at port, I’ve had a guess. And then the night I took you to see the stars, I’ve been sure ever since.”
Excerpt 2:
Minghao felt a slight warmth spreading over his own cheeks. Ba-thump. Ba-thump. His heartbeat was speeding up and he mentally told it to slow the fuck back down.
Jun had saved him. Had afforded him almost every comfort on the ship. Had saved him again when he left Minghao his knife. And he’d done so knowing that Minghao was male the entire time.
Minghao didn’t want to hope, but… “What am I to you?”
Hello lovelies,
So sorry this chapter took this long, but it’s probably 4x the normal length lol It’ll be a bit of a rollercoaster but I hope you enjoy ^_^ You can read it at http://archiveofourown.org/works/11148597/chapters/26230899

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 14
Excerpt 1:
Jihoon sent Jun a glare as the captain walked away, leaving him to deal with the sudden confusion over going to port. It really was insufferable at times-
“We’re heading to port?”
“But we don’t got any gold!”
“What’ll we do?”
“What about the storm?”
Excerpt 2:
So what did he want?
Minghao wasn’t sure he could choose an answer. Ever since he left the castle for the streets, he had wanted gold. Gold got you everything else you wanted after all, basics like food and shelter all the way to luxuries he’d never even heard of before. But now-
“You’re not calling me by name now?”
Minghao grit his teeth. He had to make a choice.
Hello lovelies,
Looks like my health is returning xD The newest chapter is up at http://archiveofourown.org/works/11148597/chapters/26109555 and make sure to reread the ending scene to the previous (I updated bc I wrote it at like 2 AM and then reread it O.o ). Hope y’all enjoy it ^_^

Super(ordinary) Human
Summary:
When confronted with the likes of Batman and Superman, Wonwoo is about as ordinary as it gets but he’s going to prove to his boyfriend, Mingyu, that humans can be more than superhuman—they can be extraordinary.
Excerpt:
“Damn, he’s so cool,” Mingyu said, nudging Wonwoo in the shoulder to turn his attention from the book that sat open in his lap back to Batman who was on the TV screen.
“What.” Wonwoo raised an eyebrow. “He’s just rich.” But he glanced back up just in time to catch a scene where Bruce Wayne was shirtless and doing push ups and Wonwoo had to admit, the American was pretty well-built.
“He’s all tall, dark, and handsome,” Mingyu continued. “Like you, but actually manly.”

Captain of Your Heart Pt. 13
Excerpt 1:
He could hear the unhappy grumbles coming from the deck where his crew was unarmed and surrounded. He could see the sails billowing with the wind, stretching this way and that, close to tearing. Jun tilted his hat and smirked, “We have spices and gold, so what do you want? In exchange for our unworthy lives, of course.”
The answer was immediate. The one in black narrowed his eyes and the one in blue replied, “Both. Everything you have.”
Excerpt 2:
Straining to hear Jun as he opened the hatch leading below deck, Jihoon prayed to whatever deity was up there that the captain wouldn’t do something stupid. He stepped down slowly, reminding himself that his trust in the captain was well-placed. Another step. The captain understood priorities. Jihoon stopped for a second, growling under his breath, “Goddamnit, Jun. Don’t do it.”
