Not me wanting to go live during my date with a POT just to realize tumblr snatched that away šŸ˜. I see all the asks & DMs, a lot are similar so I figured a live would be helpful. I remember when I was first starting my sugar/hypergamy/levelup journey it was so hard to find accounts that were honest about sharing the game. Lots of fake ass ā€œpay for scripts/tipsā€ accounts & I definitely got played in the past. They still exist & Iā€™ve seen girlies getting scammed. Iā€™m very transparent about my lifestyle & journey because knowledge should be free! We can all win. The truth is not every POT will amount to anything & thatā€™s okay. SB accounts like to post screenshots about the times they hit a lick & trick ppl into paying. Theyā€™re prob even sending money to themselves because theyā€™ll usually post small amounts of under $500. Iā€™d rather show the ups/downs because itā€™s really not just a one size fits all, there are multiple formulas to success. Anyways we have date #2 this Friday.. is a live on TikTok or IG a good idea?

How are you investing šŸ¬ or extra money? I started trying to learn about stock investments during the panorama. I lost just under $5k playing around with crypto šŸ˜ but I learned (and still learning) a lot about financial management. I recently moved $10k from my HY savings account to a CD. I was dating a finance guy and he told me to open up a CD because itā€™s a higher interest rate and he matched my initial deposit šŸ„° Thereā€™s so much to learn but itā€™s much better than letting money sit & collect dust! Iā€™ve been wanting to hop on live & share my experiences with sugar investments šŸ¤”

I canā€™t tell you how many $$$ men Iā€™ve dated that enjoy this type of shit šŸ˜ One time I was dating a guy who wanted me to do this type of baby talk/role playing and I almost wrote him off because of it but decided to let my curiosity win. He ended up paying for me & my besties holiday travel & birthday trip. A lot of men love this shit. Call it a kink or whatever, but playing the role can pay off.. why do you think PSOā€™s will always be in high demand šŸ¤šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļøšŸ’°

Most men have a limited attention span as is. No man is reading this.. the time & energy it took to write these paragraphs wouldā€™ve been better spent elsewhere. This isnā€™t standing on business. If it gets to this point, block & move on šŸ’«

This Is Your Sign
A quick note to the ladies who are on their level up, metamorphic hypergamous journey: Please trust yourself. If things arenā€™t moving as quick as you thought, donā€™t regress. I promise going back to that broke low vibe little boy is not better than being alone. Please date multiple men and donā€™t limit yourself.
You cannot convince a man who isnā€™t capable of providing why you deserve to be provided for. Itā€™s not you, itā€™s him. Let that frustration go. Youā€™ll feel so much lighter. Walk away from that cycle, and youā€™ll be amazed at how prosperity gravitates towards you. Wealth, health, and happiness canā€™t reach you when youā€™re intertwined with energy that repels the things you want to attract. Friends with benefits is a joke, invest in a vibrator. Every time you go back, you shift the energy away from your break through. Cut off all contact & move forward gracefully. I didnā€™t find success in sugar dating/hypergamy until I was about 1.5 years free of my ex. And now Iā€™ll be graduating med school almost (if not fully) debt free with contacts I met through networking while dating. Iā€™ve traveled to places I never dreamed of visiting and learned things that people pay money and spend years trying to learn. Date lawyers, finance/tech guys, business moguls. Youā€™ll learn so much about money & how to invest. Donā€™t block your blessings, youā€™re so so close āœØ

Get Him To Spend $$$
Okay so its been a while since Iā€™ve posted but ya girl has been out here getting to the bag. Brand new city so I had to start a whole new roster. Tonight I went out with Mr. Rocket Scientist (he actually worked for NASA and now does contract work). This is our second date and I did things a lil different than what Iā€™ve done in the past:
Let him do all the talking. Date #2 and I know more about him than he knows about my alter ego. This is where I really pried into his past. Asked about his ex wives, ex gfs, how he treated them etc. All while running up the bill to see how heā€™s really living. Men love to brag about what they have but unless Iā€™m seeing him swipe that card its really meaningless. After dinner he took me to this Michelin star cocktail restaurant which was lovely. Date #2 is really about checking their pockets and how much theyā€™re willing to spend.
Talk about future plans. Of course with date #2 you wanna make him feel like youā€™re really into him. Donā€™t do too much but light thigh touches and pecks after he pays the bill or gets you what you want. This is where you build up to the type of treatment you expect going forward. If he talks about cheaper/hole in the wall places/activities sound uninterested. Heā€™ll get the picture if done properly.
Make sure to keep the spotlight on him. If he asks you about yourself just make sure to keep it light. He doesnā€™t need to know your life only your lifestyle. Talk about the places youā€™ve been (or make it up), the things you like to do (or would like to do). Just really build up the type of lifestyle you want him to know you expect.
Always remember that you canā€™t change a cheap bastard. If heā€™s not reciprocating what youā€™re putting out no need to force it. When the date ends just drop him & start again. This is a game for the long haul so donā€™t get discouraged. I met a lot of fakes in my sugar dating journey but also a lot of real spenders. It just takes time & patience.
Be patient. Donā€™t get too greedy too soon. That has always been my issue whenever I find a spender. He will spend so donā€™t be insecure and hasty. Give it a few dates, some men need to be sure youā€™re ā€œfor themā€ before dropping a bag for you to keep. Shopping dates are most successful after youā€™ve built that relationship with him.
Dress to impress. Men love red. This is what I wore to our date & he loved it. Invest in your wardrobe. Check out some of the clothing at my store. If you see something you like please reach out to get a discount code if I donā€™t have a sale going on when youā€™re ready to purchase.
Itā€™s just being comfy with who you are and what you want. Itā€™s so easy & fun to get men to spend!

This is starting Monday! Think about your goals for the month & take action to change your reality. There are a few seats left for this challenge. Sign up for free before the start date
Also considering doing a similar sugar dating program/challenge. Weā€™ll see!
21 Day Healthy Wealthy Body Cleanse
IF YOU'RE READING THIS ITā€™S YOUR SIGN TO KICKSTART A WHOLE NEW WAY OF LIVING BEFORE THIS YEAR IS OVER!
Leveling up is an ongoing journey. Lately Iā€™ve been feeling the need to do a cleanse and welcome in new energy. Iā€™m thinking a 21 day cleanse that incorporates mind, body, spirit exercises. One of the hardest parts about doing cleanses is not having someone to keep you accountable. If youā€™ve been wanting to do a cleanse, join the program where you can track your progress, connect with people who are also doing the cleanse, and get recipe ideas. You can join free anytime before the start date!
ā€œRulesā€
The first cleanse will be a liquid diet and will start on Monday October 10, 2022!
Always check with your doctor before starting any new changes to your diet, especially if you have medical issues.
For this cleanse you will need:
1. A juicer, blender, or citrus press
2. Fresh fruit and/or vegetables (preferably organic and in season)
Juice for breakfast
Juice for lunch
Juice for snack
Juice for dinner
Juicing Recipes: The Juicing Bible is an excellent resource. Amazon link: https://amzn.to/3qEsKBb
Iā€™ll also post some recipes in the program group tab
3. Water, water, water! šŸ’¦ Water keeps you hydrated, clears skin blemishes, and normalizes your digestive system. Making sure that you are well hydrated during your cleanse is very important. You need to drink at least half of your body weight in water every day. For example if you weigh 150 lbs, you need to drink 75 ounces of water each day= 9 1/2 8 ounce glasses per day.
4. A lemon in at least 1 glass of water per day = 21 lemons for your water for the 21 days of this cleanse.
5. A gratitude journal to help you work on cleansing your spirit. Everyday when you wake up instead of grabbing your phone take a few deep breaths and cultivate a feeling of gratitude. Pull out your gratitude journal and write down one thing you are grateful for. You can do this while sipping on some lemon water.
6. Practice meditation for 5-10 minutes each day. This might be hard for some people but if you can attempt meditation after writing in your gratitude journal itā€™ll get easier each day.
7. $21 dollars. Give $1 away each day to a stranger. This can be in the form of a tip, charity, or just sending $1 to someone random each day. This will open up the reciprocation of universal energy of abundance and prosperity. If youā€™re unfamiliar with the flow of money, listen to this podcast episode.
Do your daily check-ins right on the program which you can access on my website or the app.
Remember you are in control! If you want to do 2-3 days or 5-7 days or do 10-21 or more days the choice is yours! Take it one day at a time, listen to your body, and again check with doctor! Iā€™m super excited! I canā€™t wait to hear about the amazing things that are going to manifest over the next few weeks. Letā€™s go!

Oh in case I didnā€™t emphasize it enough, GET YOU A SUPPORT SYSTEM! This man anticipates the answer to my problems (which is money 99% of the time). Get into these menā€™s hearts and if heā€™s generous heā€™ll show it. Especially as a student, they have a soft spot for our struggle and admire our drive. Use it to your advantage.

Advice for black girls entering their first year of College? I am majoring in something that is dominated by men.
Hey love, congrats on starting your first year! I actually just recorded an episode about my experience in higher education this past year. These crazy people were trying to get me to REPEAT THE ENTIRE YEAR. Meaning start over from the beginning, pay again, do the whole first year of med school again! I was like not this black girl. Itā€™s really important as black women that we familiarize ourselves with the school policy (this goes for professional/corporate environments and places of employment too). Know your rights. Itā€™s the only thing that can protect you when an establishment tries to play in your face. Hereā€™s a summary of whatā€™s in the episode/advice for you:
We need to be vocal and knowledgeable about what we say, especially when dealing with administration/faculty because these people will not give af about you if you donā€™t speak up for yourself. Find your voice because you will absolutely need it at some point. You have to advocate for yourself because they have no problem letting you become a statistic if you donā€™t.
Align yourself with faculty/staff that seem reasonable and can advocate for you should you ever need it. This was one of the most essential things I did to get myself out of this shit.
Join advocacy/support groups/clubs. It really helps to create networks and contacts of support. I am co-chair of our student wellness and resiliency center. Getting involved is a good way to make yourself known and can come as a major asset when you need letters of recommendations or research/internship/etc. opportunities. Also helps to connect with other black women students in your city. Youā€™ll be able to vent and talk about things that only you as black women will understand. Itā€™s important to have a group of people you can confide in.
Fake it til you make it. Eliminate self doubt/doubt about your abilities and remember your power. Affirmations really help with building confidence. These people expect you to doubt yourself, donā€™t give them that satisfaction. Try to push yourself a little each day. If youā€™re shy/nervous about public speaking, start with speaking up in smaller group until you get comfy giving presentations. The more you do it, the easier it gets.
Give yourself time off! Try to incorporate a little bit of self care daily. This doesnā€™t have to be hours of pampering at a time. Stretching, candle work, aromatherapy while you study, dance study breaks, are a few things you can do. Make sure to take nights off from studying every once in a while too. My counselor said that 1 night a week off is doable.
Find a mentor. Seriously this is so important. Not just any mentor, someone who you can connect with. Reach out to people at your school that are where you want to be. Donā€™t be discouraged by not hearing back. The professional world is very busy and most times people arenā€™t ignoring you purposely. Donā€™t be afraid to send a follow up email. You really need to build that armor of confidence because youā€™ll meet people along the way who will try to tear you down or donā€™t believe. It doesnā€™t matter what anyone thinks, the only opinion that matters is yours and you know you worked damn hard to get to where you are so act like it! Donā€™t let anyone bully you out of your place.
Youā€™ll do amazing, good luck on this next chapter āœØ

Greetings! I highly appreciate your blog. I'm a 23 year old black woman who is a pre-med student. I am interested in dating for marriage and want to date (and eventually marry) hypergamously. I figured I should look for a spouse in medical school. I want to ask if you have any advice for a young woman in my position? How can I expand my network for future mates if the ones at my future school don't cut it? Thank you for all you do!!
Great ask! I actually just recorded an episode about hypergamous relationships in med school inspired by this ask. I met a practicing Pediatrician who told me she practices hypergamy. She met her now husband when she was a broke med school student. He paid off her school loans prior to even marrying her. Her advice to me was to NOT date classmates because they are in the same financial position (debt) as we are. Even after leaving med school, the shortest residency program is 3 years. By then the debt has piled up for the both of you. Hereā€™s the summary:
During your M1 year, date date date! Get on the dating apps, get outside and freestyle, just donā€™t get with a classmate.
Have fun with dating. Donā€™t get attached to one man in the beginning. The point of dating is to see who you click with best and who satisfies your needs. You know whatever standards you have set for yourself. Avoid wasting time with those who donā€™t measure up
Put the idea that marriage is the goal in the back of your head. Keep it in mind so you can date with purpose, but donā€™t obsess over it. Always remember you are highly desired by men so take your time.
Great places to meet wealthy men while in school: charity galas, networking events, hotel lounges (take your laptop, grab some coffee and study in the lobby. It works so well), festivals, restaurants near festivals/sports games/conferences the day of the event, live music venues, farmers market, department stores, airport lounges
I started the private podcast for sugar/dating stuff because of med school but Iā€™ll still record episodes on the regular one from time to time. Thanks for the support šŸ„° Take a listen if you can:

what's the wisest thing to invest on as a student? i wanna treat myself but i want to be prudent and look out for my future self
Invest in your self care! Thatā€™s literally the most important investment you can have during your academic years. If you imagine your future self being happy, wealthy, and well taken care of then you need to start now. Being prudent is just a scam they tell us so that we can work hard and be unhappy. Part of being a successful student is being happy and in a good mental/physical space so that you can focus on studying and getting good grades and subsequently be able to create wealth in the future. Iā€™m not saying blow all your money, but worry less about ā€œsavingā€ or being ā€œfrugalā€ because you have to believe that your loans and all financial worries will be taken care of so you donā€™t actually have to worry. I probably spend $3-4k a month on self care treatments and my classmates are always so shocked because weā€™re supposed to be ā€œbroke/struggling med school student.ā€ That may be their story but itā€™s not mine and I donā€™t want to claim that. Treat yourself and donā€™t feel guilty about it! You need your pampering and rest now, school is stressful af so donā€™t buy into that false struggle narrative. Here are some really great, relaxing self care rituals I recommend.
Monthly professional massages. This helped so much with my chronic piriformis/low back pain. I add the cupping and lymphatic drainage and feel like Iā€™m in my teenage body again šŸ˜‚
Nail salon twice a month. Mani/pedi unless itā€™s winter then maybe Iā€™ll just do manicures
Cryotherapy a few times a month. This is something new I started this year. Itā€™s soooo good for circulation and post workout soreness
Professional facials once a month. Get a skin consult and they will help assess and tailor your skincare routine
Eyelash extensions every 2-3 weeks. Another new treatment I started this year. Itā€™s soooo much better than having to glue on fakes and actually look so natural and pretty. Makes me feel super feminine and I get compliments all the time
Brow threading and tinting every 2-3 weeks, brow lamination once every 2 months. My brows feel so soft and look so sexy afterwards
Laser hair removal. My šŸ± is so cute afterwards and itā€™s much quicker than waxing, lasts longer, and hurts a lot less. Plus better for your sensitive skin down there and lessens the impact of hyperpigmentation. Most places allow you to pay in monthly installments
Laserlipo. I started doing laserlipo to tone my arms (always been self conscious about them) at the same place I get my laser hair removal. Not gunna lie itā€™s pretty pricey ($6k for the treatment package) but Iā€™m already seeing results and I havenā€™t even finished the treatment package yet. I hear itā€™s better for your body than coolsculpting.
Monthly or bi-monthly solo dinners. This has been my favorite self care implementation so far. Itā€™s so empowering and relaxing going to an upscale restaurant to take yourself out to dinner. Itā€™s such a great way to freestyle. I normally pick a different restaurant each time and most times I end up not having to pay for my dinner because I met someone. Even if you donā€™t meet someone the goal is to have fun with yourself and enjoy your own company. Meeting someone is just a bonus
