Decided to post an update I reached out to my abuser with the help of my therapist and it went well he was very apologetic and I forgave him understanding he made a stupid decision but I’m safe and I’ve been doing much better lately

It’s been awhile since I posted honestly I’ve been so low and in the dumps I haven’t wanted to post but i guess im finally posting to let people know that im alive and i guess im doing okay at least I think I’m doing okay i don’t even know anymore my depression is so bad that some days I can’t even get out of bed at all I just lay in bed and cry all day I don’t know what to do anymore
