When I started boardtheory, I was 13 in my parents basement. Used a cheap planer from Harbor freight, sanding block and a surform…. I just wanted to find a board that worked with the way my body moved with the oceans movements , I yearned for bliss or comenection btw the two . The surfers energy and the waves. 12 years later n I’m still doing it the same way. Every board is done start to finish by my hands , all the way thru.
