ââŠUnfortunately, yes,â Nico grimaced, shuddering in disgust as their gaze fell upon what Blythe was looking at. âBut from the look of it, I canât imagine heâs ever cared about his appearance.âÂ
Blythe sighed as if the matter was much more serious than a simple, terrible outfit. âItâs such a shame. You would think that there would be some awareness there,â she mused.

âoh come on,â he mused while looking at the wizard the woman was referring to, âif youâre insulting his choice of apparel, mine must be disapproved along with it.â he had chosen to dress down for the day, as his presence was required earlier in the day at a broomstick factory he had invested a large fortune into. heâd been dirtied by the equipment, not yet having time to run back to his flat and change.
Blythe turned a critical eye toward Rodolphus and his outfit. Perhaps the outfit itself wouldnât have been so bad, but... âYou...could be doing much better,â she admitted, tilting her head. âYouâre just so...dirty.â Her nose wrinkled slightly at her words. âWe need to get you cleaned up.â

âI have a little more self control than that, I think I can handle it.â Kai teased Blythe as they reached for their glass, but halting as one half of the couple across the room shrieked. âMerlin, Iâm beginning to think she might need this more than us.âÂ
Blythe laughed, the sound a stark contrast to the shriek from the other side of the room. That only made her giggle more though and she quickly covered her mouth, turning her back to them so they wouldnât see her laughing at their misfortune. âMy guess is that within five minutes, sheâll be over here and trying to tell us the whole story.â

âItâll take a lot more than an army of fools to chastise me. Trust me, itâs been tried before,â Sirius joked, a smirk still heavy on his features as he leaned against a lamppost to catch his breath. âIf only someone had managed to catch some polaroids of that, so I can prove it to James..âÂ
This time, Blythe canât help it. She smiles, giving her head a shake as she looked down at the pavement to try wiping it away. âSomehow Iâm sure that youâll regale your friend with your little adventure in very good detail. Perhaps even exaggerating some? I wonât tell,â she replied, teasing gently.Â

Blythe smiled gently, tilting her head. âThere might be. But there is something awfully nice about home too, donât you think?â

(Kingsley & Blythe)
Blythe smiled, unable to quite help herself. âNow, I think that might be a tad dramatic,â she told Kingsley gently before kneeling down, daintily balanced in her heels and skirt. âWhat was it you said to ruin him, hm?â she asked the little girl.

Blythe was watching the scene unfold as well and upon hearing the otherâs remark, she giggled quietly. âI think you might want to wait, it could be a waste of good alcohol.â

â i think we deserve a small pat on the back for that. â @solemnlyiswearâ
(Sirius & Blythe)
Blythe struggled to keep her expression impartial, though she truly wanted to giggle. She raised her brows slightly, remarking, âI think that youâre lucky that you arenât being chased down and chastised for that.â

ă gemma chan, thirty-seven, female, mugglebornăⶠi believe blythe blishwick just walked into the leaky cauldron. that is the former hogwarts student now working as a philanthropist/volunteer. i heard they can be shallow & self-serving these days, lets hope they are still charismatic & clever as well. i believe she is siding with the neutrals after the reconstruction of the ministry of magic. [ caity, 23, est, she/her]
Here are a couple things about Blythe!
Blythe was adopted when she was a little girl (~6 years old) due to her showing magic. Her birth parents didnât want to have anything to do with magic, but the older Harlon and Lucia Blishwick had always wanted a little girl. They adopted Blythe, and for the most part, that was that.Â
Harlon and Lucia made sure that Blythe was aware of where she came from and also that they did not care that her birth parents were muggles. She was well loved by her parents and that was what mattered to her.Â
The Blishwick family, a century or so back, had made a fortune for themselves by smuggling magical creatures into the country and selling them beneath the law. This was a rather poorly kept secret, and since then, the family has been attempting to distance themselves from this.Â
Therefore, Harlon and Lucia taught Blythe about giving back and making herself appear as perfect as they could. She tried her hardest, and after a brief tenure working in the Ministry of Magic, she has devoted her life to philanthropy and volunteering.Â
Blythe can be shallow and self serving and though it appears as though she has dedicated her life to helping others, she is doing it all for herself and her now deceased parents.Â
Iâm still working on developing her further so will be updated !!
Wanted Connections;
- The Opposite - Blythe can be shallow and self absorbed, wholly dedicated to her (self serving) philanthropy. This connection could be someone that isnât afraid to call her out for this and teases her. Even better if there is some side business going on and sexual tension~
- The Ex Connection - Blythe and this person dated for awhile, perhaps even gotten serious (engagement maybe??), but something happened that made them separate and they have been left awkward and unable to quite coexist.
- The Best Friend - Blythe and this person have been best friends for years and Blytheâs family has even taken this person in on multiple occasions. Blythe loves them, absolutely, but she also feels like she is in a competition with this person. She finds herself striving to be better because of this person.
