Eva is @echoanimates ' ODST OC! She wrote all of her lore so she knows a lot more about her than I do :) Eva is Sam's wife, they are both traumatized messes but they do their best at helping each other despite The Horrors™️ <3

I’ll color this eventually but omg Raya’s almost foot taller than John after she becomes a IV
So lore wise, braiding her hair is very important to Raya since it’s the only form of affection she remember from her mother [her relationship with her parents was complicated]. ODST!John tries but it always send her into a fit of giggles after he’s done
But in the actual storyline, it takes the Chief three tries and he gets it down, but that’s a story for another time and a drawing for a different day.

If we are going full transhumanism, then yeah
But usually the easy route is just a catheter, maybe a more sci-fi variation of it, because hey. They are not exactly comfortable lol, but pretty much that's what they are.
When it comes to Halo techsuits, while they have a catheter, they are made to recycle any waste in to...edible matter. Which is efficient technically...but there are definitely better options to consuming very cleaned up body fluids
Note for when it comes to sci-fi space armor design: real astronaut suits have catheters. Any variation of an astronaut suit, made for war or not, should have one as well.

It's mostly plate, if you look at the gen 2 where they got no codpiece and only the techsuit they are a lot more flat.
For comparison:
Ironically Fred's bulge is slightly bigger than John's
If we really want to go in to specifics using realistic biology, technically not a single Spartan II is packing in the slightest and it's probably not the most hygienic thing, considering the catheters and the fact that they are almost always wearing an armor.
But I know at least 70% of the old dev team were horny ass mfs so I GUESS they got a little more than something.

They were these little astronaut soldiers in mech suits, there were little blue aliens too. I think they actually came out around the time Halo 3 was released? Kinder had their own IPs (with cartoons) back then, but they also used to make lots of "knock-off" little figures of various famous series at the time. Halo was very popular in Italy too back then.
