If you are starting out Calisthenics, 1 part of your full body workout is to have a consistent effort to practise your pulling exercises (i.e rings rows / pull-ups) to build a stronger back muscles and being able to explore harder pulling exercises too. As a beginner, 📍Is good to build good endurance of some basic pull exercises such as different types of begginer pull-ups 📍And never stuck at that high reps counts of pull-ups without exploring harder variations of pulling activity. (i.e weighted pull-ups / exploring the progression to archer pull-ups) 📍never be afraid to use resistance bands to assist you by supporting your exercises. 📍Always try and see whether you can use a lighter resistance bands or none to your exericses or not. Have linear profession is always good. 📍Lastly, research on a exercises tempo that suit your fitness goals and ensure your exercises posture / form is optimal. Regulate your breathing and slowly enjoy profession on your fitness journey.
