Baidur took a deep breath and sat back on the bench, pondering if for a moment the questions asked to him. “I suppose, when taking risks I am a bit of a no thinker. In that, I will recklessly rush into battle or danger if it means that someone or something will be saved or out of harms way. I saw enoug suffering on the Steppe before I left, and on the day I left I wanted to make sure anyone near to me doesn’t go through that.” His face lit up a little in thinking about money. “As for gil, well it doesn’t really mean a thing to me. I am a travelling monk, teaching when I can and charitable when it’s right. Eorzea has had so many people in it, and I give back when I can. Sometimes randomly when I see a new face, sometimes in fun with a rousing game of hide and seek. Just today I have given 100,000 gil for someone winning today.” The Aur Ra let out a firm chuckle, slapping his knee in the process before settling down again. “Everyone wants gil, friend, but not everyone needs it.”

Third Umbral Moon, 26th day
Got to meet a lot of my FC mates yesterday. I also got a chance to hang out with Blue again. For a brief moment, I saw through something into another world and saw this...Hyur looking creature behind a glowing tomestone. It was but a moment, but it seemed like Blue saw it too. We laughed afterwards, and took some more pictures with the FC mates.
.....this one is my favorite though.
I have been working hard of mining too. I have made a lot of new friends, and done a lot in these few months I have been awoken in Eoreza. I look forward to what the shadows bring, in just a few days. Ill have my mates, so we will just have to see.

Third Umbral Moon, 16th Day
I can not believe I meditated for a few days straight. I literally have done nothing for my life in the last three days, other than nothing. If I dont start mining soon, I may never get the gil I need. Hydaelyn above I need motivation. Perhaps some Eureka or something. Perhaps I will do some more map hunting soon.
I can not help but start thinking I need an adventure buddy. I wish I could bring Sadu, but who knows. Maybe I will find my partner when that shadow feeling that is being brought to my very essence consumes me, I will find someone.
I really am a boring person. Should anyone find this journal, and exist in the world known as Sargatanas, you know where to find me.

Third Umbral Moon, 12th day
I have now experienced some new things! I went map hunting and let me tell you that is something else. If anyone that adventures ever has a chance to do gazelle maps, please do. Not only do you get a decent amount of gil in addition to some rather strange items, you can also have a fun adventure, I got to punch the Namazu god. I have never felt more alive. I really do not like the Namazu.
Other than that it has been fairly uneventful. The sting of being alone happens, but as an adventurer that is to be expected. I see all these happy parties, and here I am rolling stag. Ah well, I left the steppe for a reason. Perhaps this is my toll.

Third Umbral Moon, 9th day
I’ve been doing some interesting things as of late. Apparently gardening is a passing fancy. The gil is worth the work, but it is really borning. Tomeme, my second retainer, keeps bringing me back enchanted ink. I am not exactly sure why. She just giggles whenever I ask why. Teliril, my first retainer, keeps bringing me fish. She winks at me whenever she does.
Aside from that, I have started becoming a bit more social with my free company. As if late, I have been speaking with Blue Orchid. I get that strange moonstruck feeling whenever they are around, but I attribute that to my social awkwardness around new people.
Eureka is coming along. I am almost nearing my end in Anemos, and ready to venture past it. Not sure what to expect but so long as my fists are still attached to my body I am ready for anything. Should anyone find my log, I am willing to join any party.

First Entry
Third Umbral Moon, 4th day
I met a fellow clan member today, but the name of Kurinth. She was also a runaway from the Steppe and much more versed in the art of combat on Anemos than I. I felt that strange urge, much like Brother Magnai has in a much more verbose manner, and in a fleeting moment met eyes with her. Sadly she was not to be my Nhaama, but it was always nice to meet another from my homeland.
Eureka is a very strange land, and I can feel myself pulled more and more to it. With Doma and Ala Mhigo behind me, I can only wonder what the future holds for me and my fellow adventurers. I wonder if in these travels i will find my Nhaama and finally have a life worth living.
Also, I haven’t punched any new old people as of late, and it feels weird. As a Monk, it feels like my duty to punch them, as I punched so many in my training, a few times in Coerthas as well. Ramuh if you want to count appearance. It just feels weird punching regular aged men some days.
I feel as if I have wrote enough. I will return anon with more stories.
