Beastars was, of course, a major inspiration. I've always loved horror related media, so I suppose I was also inspired by things like DDLC and Mad Father.

Another inspiration was real people. A lot of the characters are based on friends or people I look up to. I also kind of made it out of spite, admittedly. There was a game I played and I didn't like the twist (or really anything in that game, frankly), and I was like, "Dude, I could make something better than that". So, then I tried my best to do just that lol I also wanted to make the game with as small of a team as possible. It was just me and flowerguts/tomcat, who helped me with a few songs on the OST. I don't know why, but it always bothers me when indie projects have a team bigger than 10. It doesn't feel indie to me anymore, but I guess that's just a personal thing.

Trailer for my new game, THE HALLOWEEN HOUSE! Which you can now buy! I hope you guys enjoy it! It was admittedly something I whipped up pretty quickly, haha.

I believe it's pretty safe to say this game is done! I want to get some more opinions from my friends, but, after that, I'll be uploading it to itch-io for a dollar. It's a short game, only taking about an hour, but I think that's a pretty fair price for something I worked really hard on!

as an indie dev, getting people to "play test" is really fun. because you're not testing anything. i know my code works, i just wanna know if you think what i made is stupid and what i can improve. it's a laugh test

With any luck, this game should be done before the end of this month. It's (sort of) a point and click game. No inventory system or anything, but I just wanted a bit of player input.

I know it's probably far different from what you'd expect with me, but I hope that excites you all rather than puts you off.

not sure when or if i'll actually use this in the game, but i quite like this track. i know most of you seemed to enjoy the OST from the first game, so i'm trying my best to make this soundtrack chaotically entangling and interesting to listen to.
