Petland had a 2 for 1 plant sale so I picked up a pot of Anubis’s barterti augustifolia which has big beautiful hammock like leaves for Mr. Darcy and a pot of Microsorum pteropus ‘Windeløv’ which is still in the pot in the back as I may plant it in the 10 gallon tank I’m getting ready to set up. Mr. Darcy might be moving into that tank with 2 or 3 male Endlers, some cherry shrimp and a mystery snail if he will tolerate them. If not he will stay here in his own 7 gallon tank.

A lot of the cages that hold us back from what we want to truly be and what we truly want to do, are made of sticks. Very easy to break open
Okay, so if they are made of sticks, why don't we just leave? What makes it so hard? Spirit wants you wild and true to yourself, brain wants you safe and in your comfort zone .
The battle has been there since day one, so what gives?
What determines your success isn’t “What do you want to enjoy?” The question spirit asks is, “What pain do you want to sustain?” The quality of your life is not determined by the quality of your positive experiences but the quality of your negative experiences. And to get good at dealing with negative experiences is to get good at dealing with life.
Today, we live in the modern world and our fear is not about death, but instead, we feel fear because we are afraid of rejection, failure or even success.
We are afraid of making a fool of ourselves when we voice out our opinion in a meeting. We are afraid we might get humiliated and feel embarrass if we fail in public speaking. We are afraid to fail and how others will look at us.
So fears are just the feelings that we feel within us, they are not real in the first place.
Fear is not real. Fear is a spell that only appears in your head. Fear is there because you worry about the uncertainty.
The next time when you are afraid of fear of something, try to switch your thinking to the positive opposite. Think positively. Think the opposite of fear. This may sound easy, but we all know it is not.
The thing is, you have the ability to rewrite your story. You get to decide who you want to be and what you do with your life.
I don’t know how to say this without sounding cheesy, but you are good enough. If you’re not doing the things that scare you simply because of fear, it’s not a good enough excuse.
I don’t want to see you sitting around, feeling stuck and unhappy because you’re scared of making that big leap into the thing that could truly bring you joy. 🌙
