I think I partly learned about this by accident when some ingredients fell in some water after I’d killed some enemy. It could have been a Yiga. And now I’m trying to remember if one of those loading-screen tips also tells you about this...
A really cool place to take Satori is the Lost Woods; a strange and mythical-like creature in a surreal and otherworldly place... The crows are still frightened though!
This is such a nice and peaceful sort of scene. You couldn’t tell there was a battle here, could you? Well, aside from the dead guardians scattered around.
Sounds like a difference of opinion and a difference in personality! Some things never change, and these two farmers is something that doesn’t change as you progress through the game.
It’s always such a thrill to do challenges like the Trial of the Sword, or the Cave of Ordeals, the Cave of Shadows, the Savage Labyrinth or the Pit of 100 Trials! It is thrilling and heart-racing as the difficulty ramps up and the enemies are harder to defeat, and then you get to the end and kill that last one... And then I’m like, “Are there any more?! Come on! Throw something else at me!”
Wouldn’t it be amusing if NPCs would say something about Link’s motorcycle headlight blinding them, or to point it in some other direction, or something like that? But Leekah just says her usual thing about being grateful for the rescue and that she’s going back to the stable.
One of the best things about this game is exploring the world and finding all the little treasures it has to offer, such as these mushrooms nestled against the side of a tree. You don’t see them until you get close to them, and from the right angle too.

So what I do is when I catch a new horse I press the L button a lot, and I ride around until my bond with the horse is maxed out. Or just max it out by feeding the horse apples. That’s mostly because I want to change the saddle or bridle immediately after registering the horse.
Using apparatus storage, you can sell way more essences to the horned statue than the max of 35 you are meant to have. You can sell them indefinitely utilizing apparatus storage, but the number caps out at 65,535 as you see in this video. Does that number seem familiar to you?
I sped up some parts of the video so as not to make it so long and boring. Also, the game softlocks if your money is maxed out and you try to sell another essence, so you have to spend your money in some way in order to keep building up those essences. That amounts to a whopping 6,553,500 rupees all told!
Activating a new tower is always a bit of a thrill. There’s the music, the awesome views, the way the tower turns from orange to blue, and the fact that you get another section of the map filled in, and so much area to explore!
