I love Henry and Ari because they're unstable as hell but love each other as if they weren't separated for centuries, I love how they literally hated each other because of them being arranged into the marriage and somewhere down the line they actually began having feelings, I love how aRIANNA ACTUALLY PUTS HENRION IN HIS FUCKING PLACE. she keeps his ego in check and makes him want to do better ( even if it's temporary because let's face it Henry wouldn't change completely for anyone, it's just not his thing . ), to clean himself up and get his shit together and with Ari he makes her feel something other than rage and disdain, he keeps her grounded because Ari is so off the walls but is very much loved by Papa scorpion

OK SO COMPLETE BASTARD ENERGY ASIDE WITH THESE TWO I LOVE THEM BECAUSE THEY BOTH BALANCE AND TEST EACH OTHER JUST ENOUGH TO HAVE GROWTH ( and sometimes make each other worse romantically but I'm absolutely here for that ) ; Dagon is literally old as time with experience under his belt in everything and with that hefty lifeline , he's drifting seen and done things he doesn't want to do because he's essentially a servant of time pulled every which way like a puppet with the illusion of freedom to manipulate things to the way he wants then he Toni who's experienced so much shit within his short in comparison time of existing - also a servant to a cruel master ( both literally and metaphorically bc inner demons ) and trapped with the illusion of being in control of his actions when 95% it is trauma response in the way Dagon's is.

They both acknowledge their traumas, faults and flaws and instead of trying to either completely ignore them or dismiss it they help the other through it -- they actually heal each other even if small due to what they individually went through, they get each other because both are absolutely stunted bastards with soft hearts and know from experience about what to do , no misunderstandings or bickering ( unless yk ), they mirror each other in a sense and sync up is the best way I can describe it because they really don't need to be verbal to know what the other is thinking or to know what mood the other's in they just sense it and I think that's very beautiful of them because despite all things that have happened to them, they're able to still love deeply without any regret
