It's true what they say, y'know? People denying that Pearl and Marina don't have SOMETHING going on are just, ignoring all the data. Absolutely none of it is official, of course. Not because they hate the idea, they clearly don't if the writing in Side Order can allude to. They just can't because not everywhere is quite as...supportive, as the West is. They make it 100% canon, they'll start seeing import restrictions from...certain, countries.
