I am absolutely fascinated by the latest development in Automattic's rebloggable ads on tumblr. Excluding the ads for tumblr itself (pikachu man and his new friend, orange flight suit man), they all have near-identical engagement:

~6k notes, of which ~4-5k are reblogs and ~1-2k are likes.

Two to eight of the reblogs have comments and/or tags (a few more if the ad has tags, like #studyblr or whatever).

One of the reblogs with comments is by @cockbanditridesagain and is a picture of the ad with the text edited to be about cocks.

If any of the reblogs with comments or tags have been reblogged from anyone other than Automattic, it is a reblog of the cock edition.

The remaining ~4-5k of "other reblogs" are all reblogged directly from Automattic.

The other reblogs are *all* by porn bots.

Ad from asmodee digital for the boardgame terraforming mars, which is currently 50% off.

I own this game already, plus an expansion. Its very good. However i didnt get this add for that reason. I got this ad because earlier today i googled "boardgame science track technology" to try to remember the name of the boardgame "tapestry" ... Which i also own. I recoment both to anyone who likes boardsgames. Only flaw is the tech track in tapestry is a touch overpowered, but not so much as to hinder the real competition.
