Weight fluctuations are normal-
Water weight is a real thing,
It doesn’t mean you’re gaining “fat”, it means your body is storing water and in a couple of days your body will have a weight loss “whoosh” on the scale.
I’ve been back on strict keto now for a whole month,
March 9th: 184.8LBS
April 9th: 170.6LBS
I’ve lost 14.2LBS this whole month, and I’m going to include a graph that shows you, it was indeed not a straight shot down, it was more like a mountain going up and down constantly.
(Read each picture from bottom up, starting at the date “March 9th”, ending on April 9th.
Also on the last picture shows a mountain graph of how my weight fluctuations happened all during the month going up and down, even though I made constantly the “right” choice aligned with my diet.
It’s expected to have weight fluctuations, it can feel demotivating in the moment, but overall you need to look at your monthly progress and see the big picture. If I let a pound or 2 during the day by day demotivate me off keto, I wouldn’t have seen the big picture that I could lose 14LBS overall for the month!
These are my every day weights tracked on strict keto, combined with intermittent fasting.

What if your ‘safe foods’ are in fact, the foods you should be FEARING!
You most likely are eating sugar and carbs in all of your foods, right? (Yes, even fruit is high in sugar and carbs)
When you’re eating sugar and carbs for your food choices, your body processes that as glucose, and your body burns glucose for energy. You have constant insulin spikes and crashes, meaning you’re constantly hungry all through out the day, and your mood most likely isn’t the best.
What if you changed your food choices?
What if you changed over your mindset, and realized, the foods you’re restricting, are the reason you’re staying fat, or not losing weight as quickly?
I’m here to tell you in fact, if you’re eating sugar and carbs, not only is it not the healthy option, it’s not the smart option for fast weight loss.
“Keto”
A term thrown around as a “fad diet” that you might not have given a second thought because it’s a high fat diet, and you heard horror stories about to much fat in your diet.
What if I told you, everything you were raised to know about the food industry, was a lie, so big “sugar companies” made money.
Don’t take my word for it, do the research yourself and start by watching a documentary on YouTube, called “fat fiction”. Don’t be so stuck in your mindset without considering other possibilities.
Let me tell you about keto.
Keto, is a lifestyle change where you only eat (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, and NON starchy veggies), I probably named a lot of your fear foods right? Back to my original statement of this post, “what if your safe foods, are the ones you should be fearing?”
STOP FEARING THE FOODS THAT WILL ACTUALLY MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT THE QUICKEST!
Being on keto, your body enters a state of ketosis. I mentioned above, when you eat carbs, your body burns glucose for energy. When you follow a keto diet, you deprive yourself of sugar and carbs, meaning no glucose to burn for energy.. what does that mean? Your body BURNS YOUR FAT FOR ENERGY! You literally are a fat burning machine.
In addition to that.. when you’re eating carbs and sugar and getting insulin spikes and crashes that lead to making you hungry all through out the day,
Being on keto, your insulin levels are pretty leveled out, so you are NOT as hungry through out the day, because you become “fat adapted.” Meaning you literally will require less food, to be more full.
My results, and so many others results, show that, not only weight loss but FAST FAT LOSS & amazing energy levels, come your way, when you stick to a ketogenic diet.
Stop fearing the wrong foods. Stop being addicted to sugar and carbs, and turn to the healthier option.
Start burning your own fat for energy!

You aren’t doing anything “wrong” because you’re scale went up today, your body simply has water weight.
I’m attaching a graph to show you a  representation of what happens in your body when the scale goes “up”. You did NOT gain FAT over night.
Your weight loss “WHOOSH” is going to happen in a couple days.
I KNOW how frustrating it is when you’re doing LITERALLY EVERYTHING RIGHT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND THE GOD DAMN SCALE GOES UP..
But it simply is not fat. It is water. And you are going to lose the water weight, and additional FAT WEIGHT, in the next couple of days.

The abc diet has been to restrictive for me, especially jumping into it without any preparation what so ever.. and has been mentally and physically draining me and making my mood awful. I’m starting the “healthy skinny girl diet” tomorrow. It’s still under 1000 cal (which I don’t have to go up to) but having that nice cushion if I need to, without feeling guilt will feel mentally better for me.

I highly recommend watching this movie if you are eating low cal, but still always hungry and always feeling miserable.. the FOODS you’re choosing are the problem…
Even though you’re eating “low cal”you’re still eating foods full of sugar and carbs. Sugar and carbs break down in your body as glucose and your body has to burn off the glucose for energy.. also when you eat sugar and carbs you get constant insulin spikes and crashes, meaning you’ll constantly feel hungry all through out the day
If you switch the foods you’re eating to a keto diet (meats, fish, eggs, cheese, and non starchy veggies) you are depriving yourself of carbs and sugar, meaning your body won’t have any glucose to burn for energy, so your body WILL LITERALLY START BURNING YOUR FAT FOR ENERGY! It’s called being in a state of ketosis. Also only eating keto foods will make your insulin levels stay stable through out the day (no crashes and spikes you’d get from the sugar and carbs).. meaning, your body will become “fat adapted” and you will literally not be hungry.. so fasting will be way easier
IF YOU START KETO YOU HAVE TO REPLENISH YOUR BODY WITH ELECTROLYTES EVERY DAY OR YOU MIGHT FEEL SICK! There are very good keto options ones!
This movie has so much amazing info on keto and tells you what we’ve been taught about foods we’re eating have all been a myth! I guarantee after watching this movie you will make the educated choice to switch over your carbs/sugar foods, to a keto lifestyle!

(Not mad about being over 306 cal today because I was under 354 cal yesterday, and my body mentally and physically was in agony, I needed a meal to get my mental and physical strength back in check)
Calories burned: 327 cal
Weight: 186.4lbs (gained 1.9lbs from yesterday but fasted all day with a lot of black coffee and water and only ate asparagus for dinner.. so I know the gain on the scale is water weight, but still annoying to see it go up!)

If you’re ANA here’s a tip with the foods you’re choosing as your “safe foods”,
The “low cal options” you’re choosing are filled with sugar… so even though it’s low cal, the sugar alone is probably making you not lose weight as quickly. What works really well for me is eating an “Ana-keto” diet. Cut out all carbs and sugars and strictly eat (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, non starchy veggies) your body will go into a state of ketosis where you body literally eats its own fat for energy.. when you’re eating all that sugar your body has to burn the glucose for energy before it even gets to your fat.
There is also “keto snack/no sugar” options if you’re having a sugar craving,
Lilys sweets: chocolates, gummies
built bars,
quest: pizza, cookies, bars, PB CUPS
choczero: chocolate.. syrups.. hazelnut & cookie spreads
enlightened: ice cream
Rebel: ice cream
There are so many more brands available, message me if you want more brand options!
Being on a keto diet will literally make you burn your FAT FOR ENERGY by putting you in a state of KETOSIS..
When you’re eating sugar and carbs, even though it’s “low cal” your body has to burn off the sugar and carbs before it starts burning off your fat..
Everything has “carbs” though, even the keto foods, so being in keto you want to make sure you’re staying under 20g-50g net carb a day..
To add up your “net carbs” (meaning the only carbs your body registers) you want to take your carbs on the package, minus out the fiber, and if you’re eating a keto snack, also minus out the sugar alcohol

My sister's bf saw me today and said "you lost weight", my sister said it's because i eat so "healthily" and my mom ended the convo by saying it's because i "exercise a lot".
